Adding a Sub to non-unleashed BO system

Has anyone installed the HS10 in a 24-25 and kept the factory sub?

I was planning on doing this and putting the hs10 in the middle. For whatever reason, Ford changed the layout behind the rear seats in 24. The cab vent is in the middle, factory sub on driver side and the amp on the passenger.

From my quick test fit in the center, the rear carpet and foam would need to be trimmed in front of the vent. It bumps out to allow for air space. I haven’t tried behind the passenger yet but thinking some trimming might also be required there. IIRC from running wire for the bed lights, the carpet bumps out there as well to allow for air space in front of the amp.

Curious to see what others have done with a similar configuration. Was hoping to not have to do any interior trimming.

Did some test fitting on the passenger side after removing the factory jack. It fits with the seat in the normal position but there’s not enough clearance to fold the seat up. Even if I were to trim the rear carpet, the stock amp makes it so the hs10 prevents the seat from folding up. Not sure that will work for me.
