Ok so total ForScan noob, but I went in yesterday for the first time and made some changes, pretty much this feature sparked me to actually do it.

I have the anti-glare selection in my screen, and my headlights do the "dance" left, right, up, down or whatever - they calibrate.

What I failed to comprehend was I still can turn on my "auto highbeams" the symbol with the green A in it. I seemed to have read that that should not be an option if they are actually turned on?

No idea on my build date, its a 402A tremor FWIW.

Green indicator with A is what you want to see. That is glare free active. The normal auto high beams you had pre mod would have been a white indicator with A.

Edit to add: Welcome to the forscan club

Tried this on my headlight swapped xlt. No luck yet. Auto high beams are still in the menu. No option for glare free yet. Not sure it's possible?

Did you install the HCM, or did you just do the headlight swap?

It's the full harness. Auto levels on startup. HCM is installed.
Gotcha, I don't have any input unfortunately, I am planning to do this swap by the end of the month and wanted to know what to look out for

The install was not that bad. Awesome to finally have high beams. I will go over the programming again. It was getting stuck at 100 percent when I reset the pcm.

I was under the impression that you would need the ride height sensors for the auto leveling. Did you install those as well?

I have a video of them working. It would not let me post it though. File is to big.

Are there front sensors? I thought there was but was unable to find anything about them, thought I did find the rears

I don't think so. Not sure it's necessarily auto leveling. Just goes through the calibration on start up. Like the upper trim levels do. It will stay at the height you have set. Projectors move left and right. Up and down.

Auto leveling would be cool, but as long as I can get the dynamic bending and glare free, I'll be happy with that
