I exchanged a few texts with my dealer yesterday. They said I have an ETA of 11/24. They think the delay has been due to "rail road problems". ? They obviously are out of touch with the facts (lack of parts and mismanagement IMO).

Well someone was in my truck, they denied my activation 10 min ago.
I also received a $2000 cash code today it expires 1/3/23 so I guess I'm glad I got the delivery delay email last night as it saves me $2000.
Trying to stay positive.

Any tips for getting them? I've tried visiting multiple websites with cookies enabled and I've never gotten one. I've had a truck in order since March and I've been on Ford websites since early 2021.

Nope, I have done the same and also ordered in March.
I used to do builds while logged into Ford.com.
Since being marked built on 10/31, I log in and search accessories and add stuff to my cart.
I have had the vin since May and added to FP right way.
I have had FP access denied a couple times now. Once when they rolled it back down the line to finish after 2+ months of chip hold. And again today, hopefully while loading onto the transport truck. I sent another activation request of course so I can see when the next time my truck gets moved.
As mentioned in a previous post they missed the delivery window, 11/2 - 11/8, after shipping maybe that's why... who knows.

Edit: the PCO showed up as a message in FP, not email.
I also scheduled service through FP for my wife's 20 Escape on Monday.

Well it looks like it is finally happening! Truck has been received by the dealer.

It is 5 day short of a year since I ordered and quite the ride. Thank all who helped me maintain my sanity during the process. For those of you still awaiting I wish you the best of luck and hang in there.

My PB Platinum just jumped from 966 module rows to 1824. Am I about to flip from "in production" to "built"?!?

Ford's management of all this mess is a shit show. I'm not going to celebrate until my dealer tells me it has arrived.

Don't quote me on this, but I am fairly certain of the following:

1) ACCM is N/A, you would have the HVAC (733)
2) I don't believe these trucks have the ATCM
3) I don't know what the CECM is, did you mean BECM? BECM is for PB trucks (idk what you have on order)
4) CCM, Probably is missing from your truck, but may also be tied strictly to CP Assist
5) you will not have the HCM on a 501A
6) TCCM you will not have
7) TCM you will not have

I also have a 501A, 3.5 EB 4x4 and do not have any of those modules EXCEPT the CCM, but I also have CP Assist. It only has 4 lines of programming. I believe the list of modules includes all Ford modules, not just the truck modules

@dhageremtp I did some digging in PTS over the weekend and found out more info on some of these modules:

The ACCM I believe is specific to the PB. It appears to be the module used for the battery cooling loop

The ATCM is basically the mode selector and transfer case switch, but this does not show up in my as-builts at all

BECM is for PB

I don't think the CCM is tied to Co-pilot

I believe there are a few modules that just do not show up in as-builts and I have no idea why (i.e. ATCM, TCCM and TCM).

Same thing happened with me last week. Plat PB, had been at 966 modules forever and when I checked last Wednesday it had jumped to 1824. Unfortunately, no other movement since then. Still sitting 'in production'. Hopefully you have better luck than me!
