i don't know where everyone else is sitting with modules and such but according to motocrafts as built i currently only have 807 lines of code or whatever you wanna call it. Trucks been "Built" for 2 months now... is it possible its just not updated is it missing somethings and they arent telling me. Ford customer service stated 2 times now that its awaiting shipment released to carrier but its changed ramps once... anyone have any insight. im getting really annoyed with how long this is taking especially with 2023's being "In Transport" to my dealer.

Dealer confirmed that my truck is finally showing in their system as on Chip hold. No new modules in weeks, so I'm not surprised. I'm at the point where my current F150 is going to require some investment in maintenance (something I'm religious about, and hoped to avoid by getting the new truck before it was needed. I'm giving it until January, and going to seek something else if there's no movement by then. I've been pretty patient, but 6+ months to build a truck is just ridiculous, with nothing but near radio silence from Ford (save for the occasional "We're just as frustrated" email.) Shit happens, I get it. Either don't take the order if you can't actually fulfill it, or communicate better on the status of it.

Truck should be at my dealer next week. Made railcar journey and will be convoying to the final destination.

62 day’s awaiting shipment and my 5th date push back… ? shoulda ordered a 23 when they opened instead. Woulda got it in half the time.

I awoke to the email this morning confirming that my truck has been built! Fingers crossed that I don't run into the shipping problems some of you had. I hope we're all in our trucks very soon!

Have you asked your dealer for a VVR? Mine still shows in production but dealer says it's in KC waiting to be trucked to Granger.

How long have you been sitting in KC? Mine is on the way there now. Curious if Granger will have it ready before Christmas.

I have no idea. Earlier in the week I was told it was still in Michigan. Granger I emailed Granger that night and the next day they responded and said it was in KC and sent this...

Mine only took a few days to get from KC to Granger, details in signature. Hopefully yours arrives soon.

I talked to Ford chat again today who said my truck is still in Michigan also in Ramp 59 on chip hold. When I asked about the VVR, they said this

So basically, Ford chat is as useless as the rest of the Ford tracker process...

@Superbooty here comes a fun plot twist! I sent a bunch of emails to the Ford people listed on another thread the same night I asked Chip for an update. Chip got back to me the next day saying it's in KC. As I stated above, chat thinks it's still in Michigan. I just got off the phone with Felicia from Ford Dearborn (one of the people I emailed). After again expressing my disapointment with this process and pleading for some compensation(the answer was no), she said it's showing the truck on Ramp 59 on chip hold. I asked if she could see the VVR and at first she said yes, but after I mentioned what Granger sent, she said she thought she had the same info, but she's now confused. Looking at the VVR, there's a strange date for the "status date/time" column which shows Oct 11th, but the estmated dates are current. I looked back to an email w/ Chip last month and just saw that he sent the VVR from begining of Nov that said my truck was produced in Sept.
So, if you read through all of this, you're probably just as confused as I am. I am hoping that Ford is so messed up that a quality dealer knows more about the location of my truck then they do. That part wouldn't suprise me. What would suprise me is that Granger made a mistake, because that would be the first error I would have heard of relating to them. Oh well, I'm praying I get an email from the finance department next week telling me my truck has arrived and we can get the paperwork started. There's still a chance we get them before Christmas...not much of one, but hey, Christmas miracles are a thing right? And I've been (mainly) a good boy this year....

@Happy1286 would you be willing to message me all your contacts for them? And yeah that is quite confusing. Almost better off buying a 2023 off my dealers lot and just getting 0% of what i wanted… compared to the 12% that i ordered lol
