The Sync setting keeps them out while unlocked but they retract once the truck is locked. Really looking for the boards to be out unless driving.

Cannot find by searching. Has anyone tried setting power running boards to stay out when locked? It would be nice for them to stay out when locking rather than my daily routine of hitting the kick button every time I park and lock.

Got the bc 1.4 ipma update yesterday, failed a couple times until I put it on charger and scheduled for this morning while in ps mode. Got the sync update a couple of weeks ago. No lane change slider, guessing I need forscan info to enable.

Agree! I called everyday at the same time. Seemed to get movement when I asked for a loaner after a week. What is so frustrating to me is once I got my truck after waiting 9 months, I really hoped any issues it had would be addressed quickly.

I did get it repaired, took just under 2 weeks. Service manager mentioned something about needing approval from Ford due to being out of the date range. Could have just been pulling my leg. But with less than 12k miles and less than 12 months....just fix it. Testing the otherside this weekend...

Just got mine back today. The hum/buzz I heard over 15 mph is gone. Service dept said the axle was falling apart when they pulled it, not sure what that means besides the bolt. They also replaced my wiper motor while they had it.

Just called for an update. No drivable. They emergency ordered the axel as truck down. Said it should be in by Monday and fixed Monday if in early enough.
