I got BlueCruise 1.4 OTA......or did I?

I drove to Home Depot, parked and shopped maybe 30-45 minutes, and when I returned to my truck I had the following on my screen.

I thought 1.4 was a big OTA. This is pretty suspect. On the way home I tried a lane change, but as soon as I hit the blinker BlueCruise shut off. So, did I get 1.4 or not? Did I just get some sort of precursor OTA to prepare my truck for the big OTA? Can someone explain to me what I got and maybe what I didn't get?

I have a 2022 Platinum.

I got the same update today on my 22, came out from shopping at Costco and got the update complete message.

well damn...this is a buzzkill! i came here to mention i got an update on my 22 for feature enhancement - Driver assist features bluecruise 1.4 update...cant seem to find anything about it in fordpass either

No, not in your case. That verbiage will show in the release notes whether the vehicle has BC or not. You did get the latest and greatest APIM update which many many have reported improves wireless app projection for Android Auto and CarPlay, so this update is a win whether you have BC or not.
