Bilsteins on 6112/5100 and 295/60/20 Nitto today. Not many miles yet but I am very pleased so far. 41 1/4” rear 40 3/4” front. With improved handling.

Looks Awesome Jerry! I assume you went with the 2.5" setting? I'm just waiting on my 5160s to show up. Going with Fuel Blitz wheels, gloss black +20 offset and BFG K02 285/60R20. I picked up a couple of camber bolts but am undecided about upper control arms.... I'll post pics and before/after measurements when I get it done

Jamie, sounds like you are on your way to a great setup.
Post pics and measurements when you’re installed. Also curious on how you’ll like the rear 5160’s. I was going to go that route but only tow my Bassboat and very little off-road use.

Going with the 5160 over the 5100 won't really change the ride characteristics. Unless you get the 5100's hot from a lot of suspension movement. With the way the roads are around me, I might as well be driving off-road ?. And I know I'll appreciate them towing the 6000lbs of camper and lots of gear in the bed!

Highways up here where I drive are terrible for the most part, lots of potholes and chunks missing. I'm with Gord lol, may as well be offroad. Booked in for install on May 24 so looking forward to it! Still not sure if I'm going 2" or 2.5" and undecided about upper control arms....

That's how mine looks on the 2" setting. I wanted to keep a bit of rake since I tow in the summer. It's got about .75". I didn't bother with UCA's since I wasn't planning on going over 2.5".

Thanks Gord, truck looks good! I'm leaning more towards the 2" since I have an enclosed trailer that I'll be towing once in a while. The shop doing my install is a place I've used before for suspension, wheels and tires so should get some idea from them too.

I’m running fronts at 2in setting with stock UCHs. With 5160s in rear, stock shackles and spacer, there is 1.5in rake. Have seen ball joint issues with running fronts at maximum lift. Going to shorter shackles or removing spring spacer would drop rear to near level with the front if visuals are important..

Not sure its been said but I just went with a Moto fab 2.5" lift spacer AND 5100'S. I know you are talking about 6112's but I think lifting without changing the spring compression is the only way not to have a firmer ride than you expected.

Thanks SJG, does your truck have the max tow package?

Sorry for the delay, but here it is. Trucks a bit dirty but it rains more often than not lately.

Here are the before measurements:
LF: 37 1/4
LR: 40 5/8
RF: 37 1/8
RR: 40 7/8

After measurements:
LF: 39 3/4
LR: 41
RF: 39 3/4
RR: 41 1/4

I went with the 2" setting on the 6112 in the front and it came up more than that but i expect it will settle a bit. 5160s raised the back a hair but I'm ok with it as need a bit of rake for my trailer.
