RCSB build gets new Ford 9 inch rear with 3.73 gears locked

Had truck in after someone hit bed side and tore 8.8 axel out shop installed the bigger 9 inch with 3.73 gears and a true track locker and wow with the 22 inch rims she is a ripper now.

Please elaborate on the axle difference from stock to those of us who are unfamiliar. Is the new axle more like a automatic limited slip? And in what way does it affect driveability? Better at power slides?

Bigger ring set and stronger the break rotors go from 336mm to 350 mm and a tru track locker with 815hp to the wheels need both spinning

Was this changed for '24+? In building a '25 it shows that it comes standard with 3.73 and E-locker (2wd or 4wd). Or is this still with an 8.8?

9.75 with a Detroit tru track hot rod of the locker the axel is out of a 23 f150 and it’s 2wd

So, the truetrac considerably helped with traction? I have a 2024 4x2 and researching the best way to address traction before I add power mods.
What suspension do you have? Which traction bars do you have?

Truck looks good, plus for 9", gear changes are much easier, you can choose about any ratio!
