NB what dealer are you using, I'm in NJ as well and have been through 3 dealers (30 days cumulative), multiple balance, a complete new set of tires and the vibration test but have gotten nowhere. I get a slight vibration through the gas pedal and a heavy vibration through the steering wheel along with a bit of wandering. Didn't want to go this route but moving on to BBB complaint
I was very afraid I was going to be sent away once they balanced my tires. But the service manage, Kyle Warren of DCH Ford of Eatontown said he felt it. The service tech installed the vibration sensors and took it home twice. They had my truck exactly 7 weeks, and 450 miles, but gave me a loaner. I came from a 2010 Ram 2500 and haven’t driven a F150 in about 20 years. So no comparison at all. If the vehicle still has that slight vibration at random speeds after the road force balancing then I’ll write it off as normal. On mine, the gas pedal vibration (with intermittent grinding sensation) has been reduced with a replacement IWE and, anecdotally, warmer temps. It’s still there, but it’s livable. Let’s see what happens when next winter rolls around.
I’m assuming you’ve driven another similar one on the lot and no vibration? I haven’t… so no basis for comparison.
