Tire Size - Stock F-150 XLT

When I purchased my 2024 F-150 XLT, it came with 275/60R20 all-terrain tires on 20" chrome-like PVD wheels (rims). I am trying to figure out if I can increase the tire size for ground clearance without buying new rims, adding a lift kit, or making any other modifications to the existing OEM setup. Has anyone increase their tire size on a stock 2024 XLT without making any modifications?

275/65/20 is a 34in tire.
stock size is 33in tire.
I put mine on a few months ago and do not have any rub or any mod to the suspension. With my E rated tires I did take a small hit in the mpg but nothing serious.

If you install Bilstien struts on the front you can set the ride height up to 2”” higher without changing anything else. Would be cheaper than the tires and would improve the ride and handling. Struts shocks and front end alignment around $700 raises back up 1” and front bumper up to 3”

Thanks Tom... At this point, I am not interested in raising the height of the truck without gaining ground clearance. Appreciate the input.
