Mine came with Michelin. I went straight to the tire shop and put on 275/70 18 Cooper Discoverer AT3. They were E load rated and I was not happy with them. I just installed General Grabber AT 275/70 18 that are standard load rated and road force balanced. I also have a 2” front level.
Since I finally got a good balance on my tires the vibrations I feel are very much road specific. Asphalt roads tend to produce a harmonic frequency type vibration through the seat and steering wheel for me. Not a jarring vibration but a nuisance nonetheless. I guess I am sensitive also.
Thanks for the update. I just replaced tires from E rated 275/70 18 to C rated 275/70 18 and it was a touch better. Took it in for a road force balance at discount tire and while the road force was fine the tire shop that installed had counter balanced a couple of the tires supposedly cancelling...

I too am swapping tires. I’m going from E rated to C rated this week. I am convinced mine is tire related but will know for sure after I make the swap later this week.
My vibration seems to be road specific to a smooth asphalt road at speeds 70 and above. I currently have E load rated AT tires that I have had balanced several times including a road force balance. Each time the weight had to be adjusted. I’m swapping to C load rates tires next week. Hopefully...
