These trucks Rcsb have come a long way. Now it’s not as nice as a 4 door but it’s close. seats are not bad and there is room behind the seats too. Mine is a 22 xlt 5.0 4x4 Rcsb. 2wd would probably ride a little better but I bet it would be marginal.

My truck rides damn good for a short truck. I spent a couple of weeks dialing in the shocks, but it is good now. I have mine set on the soft side and my suspension is not at slammed as some of these guys. I wanted a little more travel in the rear.

Best thing i did for comfort was swap to a power seat frame. Way more comfortable seating position in my opinion.

In stock configuration my 23 xl rcsb 5.0 2wd was pretty comfortable, seats are pretty decent with room to spare even with being 6 foot tall. The ride is comfortable enough, a little more springy than a longer wheelbase but definitely not bad

When it comes to ride comfort, it is very subjective. You really need to go drive one on a long enough test drive to determine if you're ok with it. Having test drove a RCSB and a SC 6.5 bed back to back, I can assure you there is a very noticeable difference in ride quality and road noise. I wanted the RC but ended up getting the SC. You really have to drive it yourself to see which you like better.
