Carpet is in. Will post pics soon.Did you do the carpet yet?
Have all the parts in including the harness. Getting the Katzkin leather on the Lariat seats done and will jump on the front end. Waiting for the weather to clear up since it’s been raining lately.@ProperRCLB how is build coming along? I am curious to see how the Lariat headlight and grill swap go, wanting to do the same eventually.
I Have used the Katzkin leather in a couple of my past trucks. They are great quality and perfect fitment. I'd be willing to say that they are superior to the oem leather seatsHave all the parts in including the harness. Getting the Katzkin leather on the Lariat seats done and will jump on the front end. Would love to. Where do they usually meet?I didn't know you were in New England. Maybe you will bring that nice truck to one of the many muscle car meets in the area. I’d like to see that truck up close, especially the katzkin seats. My funds are low right now but leather seats upgrade is on my wish list.
Quick update: Weather has been terrible. Finally found some days without rain to get this done.
Removal of grill and lights is very very easy, just tedious since it’s a high number of bolts and clips.
Have the OEM original parts available if anything is interested in the lights and grill or either.

Dropping off the front end parts (bumpers, trim piece, and mirrors) to get color matched.
Ordered the wrong fog lights. Those are getting delivered on Friday.
Headlights are plug and play to the original OEM harness but you do need an additional harness for DRL, turn signals, and fog light extension and run that in to the cabin. This harness allows high beam functionality later on.Looks awesome! Remind me again, are headlights just plug and play, or did you need to do anything special with a harness adapter, and or forscan changes?
Nice, yeah I would be very interested in that as I will probably end up going this route. Did you also retain the factory active air damper shutters behind the grill?Headlights are plug and play to the original OEM harness but you do need an additional harness for DRL, turn signals, and fog light extension and run that in to the cabin. It was a very simple process. I had some hiccups that were pretty simple to resolve but was not common knowledge to me so I’ll do a quick guide for anyone looking to do this.
I live in Worcester MA so I usually try and go to one of the local meets in the area like the Hebert Candies Mansion car show on Thursday's. I haven't been to one in a couple of years though. I can let you know after I look. I’m not sure where they are elsewhere anymore.Would love to. Where do they usually meet?
Did you add a HCM to control the lights or are you just running them dumb?Headlights are plug and play to the original OEM harness but you do need an additional harness for DRL, turn signals, and fog light extension and run that in to the cabin. This harness allows high beam functionality later on.
