Just picked up my 2024 F150 couple weeks ago and I have an issue with the bottom grille trim piece popping out. Also noticed the alignment on my hood is off. Best way to get this fixed? Preferred (small) dealer checked it out and weren't able to get it resolved fully since they said they require a certified ford (body?) tech to escalate the problem with them.

I had the same hood issue and my dealer's body shop fixed it in less than 30 minutes. They said it was adjustments on the hood hinges.

My hood gaps were off side to side as well. Took the shop a few minutes to sort it out. Now to fix the big ass scratch on the bed noted on the PDI.......

My 2021 had issues with the mid fender piece, turns out one of the brackets inside had broke and they tried to replace it, ended up needing to replace the whole piece. I actually posted about that in one of my first posts on this forum...needless to say it should have been caught by the selling dealership. I discovered mine after getting home from buying 3 hours away...I have heard a couple people loosened the 3 bolts mounting the fender when the hood is up, and they heard a pop, and then re-tightened as all was good to go

Starting with my 2019 I had several body parts alignment issues. So far my 23' was the worst. Both bumpers, four doors, and hood. Not to mention the water fall feature...oh I mean panoramic sunroof. My 24' was delivered damaged. Seems to be a huge issue since several I looked at were. After taking delivery I noticed the bumper...well a co-worker did.

Taking a closer look. Several wiring harnesses not properly connected and the fuses not "clicked" in. I started doing my own quality control and I had to stop (for my own sanity). I have a list for the dealer. Half way home from dealer adaptive cruise control stopped working. Even the Dearborn sticker was falling off.

I am in complete disbelief. How can a company that's has their trucks in such demand, and 24' price increases think this is acceptable!?

And Ford this is bad press for you. Coworkers noticing defects and family members wanting to see the new 24'. This is what is being advertised. I trade in a 23' do to problem after problem and my 24' starts off like this.

Luckily I have a good dealer so all will be taken care of, but that doesn't mean Ford shouldn't be held accountable.

I used to tease my buddy with his Ram. His 19' has had one issue. A muffler nut & bolt came off. His 3rd ram with sunroof and dry as a bone. His three trucks combined have had less issues than my 23' (approx 13,000mi) and 24' (approx 300 mi).

And a little back ground. I am also a contractor. I owned Econolines, Transit's, and Super Duties. Took pride in buying Ford and can honestly say. Out of all those "work vehicles" never have I had more issues than I am having now.

When I see the 24' in my driveway I shake my head. I look forward to July 15th when the dealership gets to fix all the issues Ford should have caught.

Totally unacceptable. My rear doors interior weather stripping is all wrinkled and falling off. Hood misaligned on mine as well. Are those Pirellis from Factory on your truck? My 24 is a LARIAT FX4 with all the packages and I got the JUNK Hancooks. I thought the higher trims got better tires. What Trim is yours?

I have a 24' XLT and it has the 20" Pirelli tires. I was just talking to somebody about this. I take my boat down to Florida and the ramps are steep and covered with algae. I don't think I've ever had a better tires for grip than those Pirelli's. As much as I like the look of a more aggressive tire you cannot beat the overall performance. And yes, my 23' Lariat had garbage tires as well.

My first Lariat had the Pirelli tires. It was the chrome package. I remember because the sport appearance package trucks had different tires. I did a chrome delete on that truck. Never should have sold it.

Damn, I got the Garbage Hankook AT2's. I have a set of 35" Nito Ridge Grapplers going on once the Ford Performance level kit arrives. It is on a national back order.

I bought a brand new 2024 F150 King Ranch last month. Drove it home and noticed a loud noise. They had to replace the water pump with less than 55 miles on truck. Dealer didn’t connect a hose correctly so kept hearing a hissing sound, thus had to take it back to dealer. They provided really good service. Did I get a lemon? Should Ford provide extended warranty due to issues?

For my '24 I have noticed a drivetrain vibration in the 35-39 MPH range, driveshaft or tire balance but only felt in that speed range and road type doesn't matter. Also noticed that if I roll-up the passenger front window that the radio cuts out.
