2024 F150 driver speaker not working

So I noticed anytime my truck is out in the sun and it’s been out there for a while making the truck hot. The driver side speaker will not come on. Wow if it’s not such a hot day, everything is fine but it seems like it is wind is very hot outside and it gets really hot inside the truck. Can anyone give me any reason why this could happen thank you.

Assume you mean the speaker in the driver's door. Things expand when heated and different materials expand different amounts. I suppose it's possible that differential expansion could cause a connection to uncouple. Does hitting bumps cause it to flicker on and off? Really the only way to properly diagnose is to open up the door panel and look.

Electronics also perform poorly under heat. The amp might be getting too hot and causing problems...a more difficult fix..

Had this happen to me the other day. I just pressed the power button off then on again for the Sync screen and the speaker came back.

Had this happen to me the other day. I just pressed the power button off then on again for the Sync screen and the speaker came back.

About every 4th/5th time Carplay starts up it does this. Only with Sync... I don't have this issue with any other infotainment system.

Cycling the power button fixes it.

So I would like to update everyone I have noticed now the temperatures are in the low 90s to 80s I have not had any problems
