Driver side Heated/Cooled seats not working

Hello, wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what to do. 21 Platinum and my driver side seat heated and cooled function isn’t working. Buttons light up but nothing happens. Fan doesn’t kick in when I select cook option. Sweat adjustment and massage all work perfectly fine. Passenger side is working
