2022 F150s Ordered in 2021

I fairness, you mentioned you ordered before I did - the situation may well not have been known to Chip at that time, the situation as far as constraints and delays has certainly evolved a lot since I placed my order.

IMO from following Granger threads on this forum that dealership does a heck of a job trying to stay on top of the situation, which is totally beyond their control, and passing what they know on to their customers.

But yes (and I know you realize this), even with that, folks are getting caught in various delays, holds, and 'forced removals' - totally beyond Granger's or any dealer's control.

I wish you the best of luck getting your truck as soon as possible.

Oh man, I did not mean to badmouth Granger. Chip is awesome and they have been great. No complaints whatsoever and, as my wife wants a bronco, will probably be ordering from them again soon.

That's a good point as well, when I ordered it was definitely a different circumstance. I also did update my order in February to add the BAP since I realized I was going to be waiting a while for the truck anyway, so that may have caused a further delay.

I ordered back in October of last year. Got a text from my dealer yesterday morning that my truck has finally been assigned a VIN and due to be built in early September.

NEVER got an email from Ford.

Well it appears that my wait for scheduling has come to an end. Received my build date tonight. Week of 9/12/22.

I'm still waiting, ordered my Lariat Powerboost November 12, 2021. Been "In Transit" since 9/21 and per Ford Chat last week it's still sitting at the railyard. I could have walked to Detroit and driven it back by now.

I certainly didn’t wait as long as you on the front end (ordered 2/3/22) but I’ve definitely got you beat on the back end: Truck “shipped” on 7/22 and STILL has not arrived 101 DAYS LATER! ? I could have visited every state in the US TWICE at this point
