I purchased the HCM compatible conversion harness and then just bought a separate HCM from Varsity Ford, PN ML3Z-13K198-B.
I have not installed any of it yet, I should have the harness in a few weeks and then I will probably install right before or after Thanksgiving

Can you provide any info about what is included? Just a harness allowed you to have full control of the projector LEDs?

Just to clarify, the HCM has to be initialized and programmed, which cannot be done through forscan alone, it will likely require someone with better equipment and software than most on here have. So buying a new, blank HCM will likely not be a viable option for most
