ok thank you
I would also look up some YouTube tutorials on FORScan. Personally, I learn better by watching it being it done in real time than reading a tutorial. Just go slow, start with something easy and document what is there (or make a back-up) before you change anything jic.

I always take a picture of the screen before I make any change to a line. I have accidentally changed the wrong line before and having a picture made it easy to see what I did wrong and put it back before changing the correct entry. I also write down every entry I change with the before and after as a record.

i have a charging system fault now
1. Are you doing FORScan with the truck running?
2. If not, what does the voltage read at the bottom right of the FORScan window?
3. If voltage is below 12V, you will start to have problems with modules reaching low voltage and going silly. Charge the battery and if possible put a charger in power supply mode on the battery.
4. If you can't do no. 3 and you still can't get a decent voltage, start the truck and go for a ½ hour drive on the highway to charge it up before resuming a FORScan session.
5. If you can't get the battery charged up to at least 12.3V, most module configuration can be done with the truck engine running. Modules I would not do in this way: PCM, GWM and any module reboots in service procedures.

Revert the changes you made to what was there before. Did you make a back up or take a pic? If not, send me the VIN and I'll pull the data from Ford.

You are describing lane centering as your "want to have". Lane keeping with aid is the "bounce between lines". Bluecruise is hands off the wheel on certain roads. If you're wanting lane centering , the 8 stays, don't change to A. When you engage adaptive cruise control, the "hands on the wheel" should display. Have you verified your settings on the Sync screen Features>Driver Assistance>Cruise Control"? Adaptive and lane centering enabled?

Not knowing your original state of configuration of the truck, and considering you have seemingly made changes to or had problems with the TCM, My advice would be back out of all FORScan changes you have ever made in every module you've made them. You may want to talk with @rugedraw before doing so. In the meantime, and if not already done:
1. Clear and rescan DTCs
2. Reboot the following modules: SCCM, IPMA, TCM, PACM
3. Clear and rescan DTCs.

Let us know the current state of play after that.
I changed to the glare free in the SCCM and all is well now. Thanks again for the help. Does disabling the active air dam set any codes?

@amkaras I haven't tried it. In lieu of some other input, go for a drive on the highway and then rescan DTCs in FORScan. That will tell you.

Can some of the Forscan gurus help out again? I finally have time and park truck near the house.

Issue 1:
I added a heated steering wheel few years back. I upgraded the HVAC module to have the heated steering button. Everything works fine, but I cannot get rid of the error:
Code:
HVAC U2420 Not Programmed
I have reloaded the as-built from my old module, didn't solve it.

Issue 2:
When swapping the steering wheel, I didn't keep my old left side buttons module (wheel sold). As a result, I had to make the change to get buttons to work:
Ford F-150 2021+ F-150 FORScan List / Database / Spreadsheet 1759199277235-1o

Ford F-150 2021+ F-150 FORScan List / Database / Spreadsheet 1759199263992-am

Now there is an SCCM uneraseable error for Bus communication. Probably due to the adaptive cruise button and the distance button. I don't use the distance button and regular cruise control works.

Is this fixable via Forscan or do I need to get my old module equivalent back?

Thanks.
