Rock Crawl mode comes with the FX4 package. Also Hill Descent and the dash button. These modes and features can be added later reasonably... Search the threads.

I spent hours using a tool called Asbuilt Explorer looking at Asbuilt configs from Tremor and Raptor VINs. The VINs came from doing inventory searches of Ford dealers and popping up window stickers. Compared the many differences to my Platinum and experimented. I found a combination of 3 changes worked. I then passed what I found to the real heroes around here (@Livnitup , @Jesse-Infotainment , etc.) and they helped me figure out a minimal change and tested other trim levels.

Without the real heroes help (spreadsheet, mapping, tools) it would not have been possible. I was just the grunt doing a lot of analysis/experimentation. These guys have definitely improved my ownership experience... and many, many others. We are very lucky to have them here!

After IPMA resets in Forscan and a whole lotta drivin', I still lose front camera at 5mph. My factory as built was CE00. Initially, I changed it to CF03. I am currently running FF03. No dice on my 2022 Job 1 Platinum with FX4 package. Before I give up entirely on this mod, I thought I would reach out to the group to get your thoughts. Do you have cameras at speed (rear, hitch, bed)?

For sure, I have hitch and bed at speed. I have used both while traveling. I can't recall if I have ever used rear at speed. If critical, I could go for a drive to test rear at speed as soon as I finish the several zoom meetings I have this morning.

Ha well that's a coincidence... should have checked on here sooner. My mom drives a 2020 XLT and I'm thinking about adding heated steering for her as a present, was going to connect to it this evening when I was back home but didn't have time to.

I was digging through the easy mode APIM lists. There were a few things in there I would think SHOULD work. But didn’t. Am I doing something wrong?

mirrors tilt on reverse
Cameras on turn signal
Doors lock on exit
Phone as key

Non of these are hardware. I would have expected them to work. I did an APIM reset too.
Any thoughts?

A better answer may be forthcoming but some of the mods require multiple changes. Look at all the parameters needed to enable glare free for example. I personally still haven't figured out mirror tilt although sounds like it creates a ticking problem, anyhow it may just be that I don't know how to set it up. There is a reference on the screen to consult manual in that regard but I did not find anything.

I installed the WACM after I purchased my truck. These are my values. This was installed in a 2021 build 1 so may be different than yours. @Livnitup may be able to confirm. My wireless charger works like a charm.

Please keep in mind the connections are there but not the wiring harness. If you just purchase the WACM its not plug and play.

Also, if I remember correctly. I ran two WACM updates in forscan.

Once you get the harness & WACM installed then connect to your truck in FORScan and click no when FORScan asks if you want to load your saved VIN profile - this will cause FORScan to search for the new WACM module. If FORScan finds the WACM then you can save this as your new profile that you use on subsequent connections to the truck. Then make the changes below to the WACM/APIM/BCM modules
