Mine arived in kc from dearborn monday at 1am. Im waiting for it to jump a truck to iowa... dealer sas eta is 23rd and pals app just shows pending and null

Dealer sent screen shot, it had rail car #. Tracked CSX with no luck. Saw a post to check Norfolk Southern system. Followed the prompts and it gives you current status of the specific rail car.

Do you still have the link for Norfold Southern? I searched their website, couldn't find a way to track, thanks.

You have to call. I did try CSX this am and it matches Norfolk Southern's information now. Truck has been unloaded, waiting in lot for shipment to dealer.

I would like to know what criteria meets the standard for selection of build first? I know my truck is on the bottom of the list for price but why are 22’s still being made and delivered when ours sit rotting? Why is it that customers can place an order 3 months after me and have already gotten theirs?

I ask the same question, every day now. Why is my July ordered MY21 sitting on chip hold? Why are 22s being built and delivered while my order that ford had had in their system since July 16 (vin since Aug 4) still not completed? I had a blend of 12/8…

Its pretty great. I called Ford marketing and they referred me to new vehicle services, which was also no help.

I called Ford directly again, and apparently my truck is off of hold and should ship on the 27th! So, at least that is news!

Are you a KC build? I ordered back in July as well and mine has been on chip hold for quite a while. Hoping that mine will be shipping soon too

Yes, I would call ford marketing and ask if your dealer isn’t giving you any update.

I had a 2021 that didn’t get built. Was told I’d get a $3500 PCO for the 2022. Haven’t heard anything about that PCO since.
If I don’t get the PCO I’m not going to be happy, since I changed my order from a tremor to a lariat just to get the PCO.

hello all. Long time lurker, first time poster. I have a 2021 lariat 3.5 being built in KC. Ford tracker says in production since 12/10. I’ve never gotten any emails from ford. My dealer isn’t really good at sending updates and I’m tired of bugging him. I’ve read from a few people on here that there’s a chip hold in KC but how do we know that our truck is part of it? Palsapp shows null/pending. Oh and the weird thing is my modules and activate in FordPass have all been up and going for a week now. Any input would be appreciated!!
