Is none of your Ambient lighting work, or just the cup holders one?

Just the cup holders. Unless there used to be one in the front storage area. It now has the wireless charger, but it’s not a lighted section as my 15 was.

I believe there is one. I mean - I have light there, but it could be a reflection from the ambient lights right above it (MY21).
I just looked at the 2022 buying guide and it is mentioned 4 times (oddly enough it is mentioned in XLT, not in Lariat, and then back in Platinum), none of which is specific to cup holders/area of ambient lighting, just the color.

Last night. Built 12/6 week. Thanks for checking, if it’s not noted for Lariat that’ll explain it. Not that big of a deal for me, but just strange to take that out.

IDK, doesn't make sense that XLT has it and Lariat doesn't. I would take this list with a large grain of salt.
I am 12/06 as well, took delivery Monday last week.
My suggestion: Go inch by inch and make a list of what's not working, as well as things you think you should have and you don't (for example: tilting head rests).
Call your earest dealer Monday first thing and set up and appointment. They're all booked up, it will be weeks before they can see you, so secure one now.
In addition, open a case with FMR, make sure it is documented on their end. They'll tell you to go to a dealer, but it must be documented there as well, it will be easier to fix if the dealer can't fix it or washes you off with "that's how it is".

I called Ford directly again, and apparently my truck is off of hold and should ship on the 27th! So, at least that is news!

Ever since mt 2021 XLT was built on 12/03/21, I cant pull up ANY information on this site. Is this normal? I can get info on Ford site estimated delivery by 01/01/22. On this site it shows mine having been built,but not shipped

Called again today as the updates in the system ford mentioned last week never happened. Ford says that my truck is still on chip hold and the estimated completed date in their system is now showing “TBD”.

I asked the nice lady what else could be done and she said not much. Just have to wait or ask the dealer to call the factory.

The good news is this woke up Ford and others and they are shifting to domestic suppliers and investing in their own chip factories.
