Oh man that was the best answer I could have hoped for. Respect. That is kind of where I am right now too although my dealer is not an asshole. I am so worried about where this ends. What happens if I stick it out and wait till September and just get pushed again. I will go catatonic.
Fun fact, I have a little vintage truck that I usually keep at the cottage that has become my daily driver.

It’s a 1991 Lada Niva! USSR built and sold in Canada until 1997. I had one in college and for a few years after and I drove it from BC to the arctic to Ontario. Total pieces of shit! 4x4, low range, goes anywhere, built for Soviet-era farmers and exported all over. Never runs right but always runs. 77hp! Only 58,000 Km.

With the current war going on it’s important to note that I’ve had it since 2003 and my guy for parts is in Ukraine and is still doing business right now. Had him ship some bushings a couple of weeks ago, can’t believe he is still operating but glad to support him.

This is where ford has left me…

That's how mine was, they sent me the built email but trackers all showed in production, chatted with Ford and they said I was on a chip hold buy would be off early that day. Around noon both trackers updated to built/awaiting shipment. Dealer told me at that point I had no holds showing. Still could pop back up, but ice only been awaiting shipment for a day and half now so I won't get too excited yet. I'm also chipping via rail out of Dearborn if that makes any difference.
If your truck is built and not showing any chip holds on the VVR or info from Ford, you’re good. That’s how mine was, then it sat for 42 days before it finally got on a train and moved to “shipped” last Friday

you guys have got to help us out, us in the next week(s). Please make sure the tracker is updated with your status, I'm begging you. Sounds like yesterday was a very tumultuous day, but it is easing out for the most part. Maybe the ICE F-150 builders ran over to the Lightning plant and stole back the wiper motors and "cruise control chips" that we needed.
Plan on updating soon once I get some confirmation, but this was encouraging. The oddness in the FordPass app is still concerning.

That's good to hear. The shipping delay is concerning but thats about the delay I'm expecting now. I'm lucky to still have my 07 xlt, although the phasers are probably on their last legs. But I've got a Harley to rip around on during the summer. I'm just hoping to have my tremor by the time winter hits so I can take advantage of the remote start and heated seats haha.

FWIW, that ETA falls in line with the delivery ETA I received. Also, I found out yesterday of my "shipped" status first on chat, confirmed with call, then Ford tracker and Ordertrack. As I posted about there was a bizarre reversion back to "in production" but my subsequent calls and chats were consistent that it had shipped. Then a shipped email this morning. Also, my FordPass still does not populate a picture or any options other than "activate" (which I did not press).

All this to say, I think you're good, your experience seems to be tracking mine. Hopefully you don't see a phony status change like I did that made me think I was sliding back into chip hold hell.

Thinking I may go put an order in for Tundra Limited TRD. The MSRP is the same as my Lariat EB but this is with the hybrid engine and TRD off road. Truck looks B.A. too

Race will be on which comes first. This process has lost me as a loyal Ford owner for 20 years (all ive ever bought since i could drive)

Wow 42 days. That's so dumb. Mine is via convoy so hopefully not but still. A built truck just sitting there. ugh

Some people get a shipped notice and then sit at the ramp for weeks and weeks. I sat somewhere in limbo and then whenever it got to ramp 58 and “shipped” email, it was on a train a day later.

Did yours have an ETA that kept getting updated/pushed back, or was your original ETA for when the awaiting shipment date would stop 42 days out?

Are you sure this isn’t the estimated delivery date?

It shows its build but you are correct the email states estimated delivery date June 25th - July 1st. does this mean I'm still not out of the woods? I guess I jumped the gun on the fox 2.0 kit being delivered Friday.

Hard to say if you're out of the woods, there was a post earlier in this thread that some referenced a dealer saying Ford was shipping trucks to dealers with "Red Tags" that prohibited sale until certain parts were installed...

If that's true, you're not out of the woods until your butt is in the drivers seat driving off the lot.

Sounds like your Space 502a is spec'd higher than mine, but currently trucks coming from the KC plant are getting shipped out quickly, is your bedliner factory spray in? Because that happens offsite I've read and that was causing a delay some time ago.

I think I got 2 or 3 emails pushing days out 2 weeks at a time. The emails said eta to dealer, but that was all conflicting data depending who I talked to.

Called Ford marketing today and they said my truck is on track now for a delivery of June 21st (was October 25th yesterday). Apparently it has left Dearborn and is heading to another plant for a chip? Then making it’s way to the dealer. Has anyone heard of this happening? Not sure if I believe it yet, I was so done with the order that I am supposed to buy another truck Saturday…
