I don't even bother chatting or calling them anymore, except I did try last week to see if they showed any incentives. They only mentioned my military discount certificate - I know I have more than that. They re-took all my personal info to include email - it'd be nice if that would trigger a PCO!

I would ask your dealer for a screenshot of your VVR Full History. That's where I saw the Apr 6-Apr 14 ETA update to the Apr 4-Apr 10 update to the original May 16-May22. My dealer always replied promptly and then you have something in writing.
You're right. I'm done bothering with Chat and will just (try to) be patient. I asked my dealer's sales manager for a screenshot last week and he responded saying "I have no visibility at this point, blah blah blah". No screenshot.

Sorry, I'm running the BS flag up the flagpole - especially for a Sales Manager to say that. I can understand the most junior salesperson saying that - you know, the ones who are stationed outside to capture customers as they enter the parking lot. The dealer absolutely has visibility of the Vehicle Visibility Report - it's right in the name of the report. I can't remember, are you near your dealer? It might be time to pop in and ask them to actually show you the VVR.

I'm only about 20-25 minutes away...you might be right!

My dealer must have gone to the same school as yours.... The salesman I dealt with has responded a couple of times with the same info, though, "Truck is at the plant for a Micro Chip Hold. I am showing a possible ETA week of May 19th. Once I know more I will report back to you". Not particularly helpful...May 19th is only a month away and it seems transit time is at least a month so not holding my breath for that to happen.

It’s a race! Same exact story for me. May 22 is current on the VVR but has been that way since a couple days after the build when it moved from Feb 22 to May 22. I’m trying not to care and just saying “I’ll get it when I get it.” but that’s tough to do when seeing new builds go through the entire process from order to delivery!

Mine also had a May 22 ETA for the longest time. It's finally on a transporter for the one-hour road trip from the railyard to the dealer.

My Platinum Hybrid 701a is still "awaiting shipping", as it has been since March 18. I'm pissed about the lack of info from Ford, and even more so by the continuing loss of incentives plus supposed price increases. Not to mention the money I have been pouring into my trade. Somehow, the know when you have decided to get rid of them. And they make you pay!

Got the ‘in transit or on it’s way’ message a couple weeks ago, with estimated arrival of 4/3-9. So today I texted my saleswoman for a VVR screenshot. It arrived in Phoenix a couple of days ago but is on a carrier delay for the final 1.5 hours to the dealer. This is the first time in months when it seems like I’ll actually get it!

And what exactly is the difference between “in transit’ and ‘on its way’? Sounds like the same thing to me!

maybe they put them on trucks and trains to nowhere just to say they were “in transit”. Now it is actually headed to you!

Hopefully you have better luck than me. I got this email on March 11th and my truck has been sitting at Melvindale, MI railyard since then. First ETA of the 4/4 then bounced to 4/20. No way it makes it to dealer by the 20th as it still sits in Melvindale as of late yesterday. Hard to believe its a rail issue since I had a Bronco built on the 3.21, shipped 2 days later, and arrived at the dealer on 4/11.

Ugh. That really sucks, but nothing surprises me anymore. I won't get my hopes up until I see my truck pop up on United Road as Pending Delivery.

I'm in a similar boat. Shipped 3/14 with ETA bumped once from early April to 4/14-20, but no movement in any of the trackers since mid-March.

This makes no sense to me. I've been watching my dealer get XL's and XLT's that were built in March delivered every week, but it seems like the Lariat's and higher are just sitting around waiting for nothing.

@WinstonAL @KDPGame02 I know it doesn't matter because everything leaves Dearborn via Rail, but do your window stickers indicate Rail or Convoy? Just curious.
