  1. Virginia Lariat Fender Vents (Chrome) for sale

Bumping this again, but asking $100 OBO. They've sat in my house and I nearly forgot they were there.
  2. Ford "The Works" at $282

I had an oil change, tire rotation, fluids top-off, 'safety inspection,' etc for $100 this week.
  3. First tow of travel trailer with 2021 F-150 PowerBoost + ProPower Onboard Generator Test

I don't have a soft start on our AC, but I've never had an issue with the 7.2kw version handling the start up load. I understand the need for those with the 2.4kw version, but what is the benefit for the larger version?
  4. My mistake :( ...need help selling New Truck

I agree with this. I have the 7.2kW, but on our 30amp rig running AC and a lot of extras I rarely see it spike past 1700-1800w. Just don't run AC, your hair curlers, coffee pot, and microwave at the same time, and you'll be fine.
  5. First tow of travel trailer with 2021 F-150 PowerBoost + ProPower Onboard Generator Test

We've done about a dozen or so nights off-grid in our Grand Desigsn Imagine XLS using the PPOB from our 22 Lariat including an awesome week in the Great Smokies park without hookups. It's magical. Enjoy!
  6. Upgrading the hitch worth it?

Yes, valid point. I certainly have no intention of towing anything more than a travel trailer, so my needs are different than the rest of you fellas pulling heavy equipment & trailers.
  7. Upgrading the hitch worth it?

Powerboosts have larger weight ratings, yet another reason this makes it a great tow vehicle IMHO as long as you keep your payload in check with fewer options. Here are the numbers from my sticker. GVWR=7350; FGAWR=3900; RGAWR=4150
  8. MY 2023 F-150 Lariat is in! Initial pics (will update as needed)

This is basically the same interior on my '22 Lariat non-Sport 501A.
  9. What did you do WITH your F-150 today?

Nice pair of whips you have there. I have the previous iteration of that pad, and it definitely doesn't fit fat tailgates as well. I had hopes for this one, but would love to see how much gap it has on yours. Also, do yourself a favor and spray some 303 protectant on the downtube straps and...
  10. f150 power points issue

Many of us have found our new trucks didn't have all the fuses properly seated. I remember checking mine shortly after purchase, and at least a dozen need just a little 'daddy squeeze' as I often describe to my son building Legos.
  11. New APIM update popped up in FDRS today?

Interesting. Well, I did add the adapter to my Xmas list this year, so perhaps Santa will deliver if he thinks I've been at least marginally good this year
  12. New APIM update popped up in FDRS today?

Oof, I just looked at mine and have 21297, revision 253. Guess I need to prompt the dealer to force some updates when I'm in for service in 10 days.
  13. Just had fantastic experiance with towing 5th wheel with PB

That is a very impressive payload number. Like others here, I worked hard to maximize payload, but also was itching for the niceties of the Lariat trim. All that being said, I have no plans to tow larger than 5-6k lb trailers. To hear you're getting 12mpg hauling such a big trailer is also...
  14. Tailgate Clamp Pockets / Worksurface

I opted out of the work surface, step, and power tailgate to keep my payload higher, but was pleased that the clamp pockets and tie down points/bottle openers came standard despite that. I've used both, and they were a nice little add-on.
  15. Christmas lights, anyone install on their 14th gens?

Great idea. I tucked lights around the perimeter beneath the weather stripping of my soft tonneau.
  16. Proven Ground Tonneau Cover - Buyer Beware

I was just considering a Proven Ground cover. Thanks for steering me away if their quality and customer service are this bad.
