Great question. They didn't know. Maybe to/from where they do the spray-in liner? Wouldn't make sense to tell me it's "Built" before that was done though...but nothing makes sense in this process.

I've been frequenting the Ford Chat to see what kind of answers I can get from different people (sitting in Built status for over 2 weeks at this point) and this is a new one:

The person on today's chat is saying my truck will a) be shipped today and b) will be delivered to NH in 6 days...I am not holding my breath.

I don't even bother chatting or calling them anymore, except I did try last week to see if they showed any incentives. They only mentioned my military discount certificate - I know I have more than that. They re-took all my personal info to include email - it'd be nice if that would trigger a PCO!

I would ask your dealer for a screenshot of your VVR Full History. That's where I saw the Apr 6-Apr 14 ETA update to the Apr 4-Apr 10 update to the original May 16-May22. My dealer always replied promptly and then you have something in writing.
