Someone on reddit w/ a Lariat being built in Dearborn on 01/18 just noticed that his tracker went from delivery TBD to Final Preparations...This could be a great sign or mean absolutely nothing lol.

Let's not forget that Ford is too lazy to even spell check their own customer facing website. Inspires a ton of confidence the quality of their product.

I think I posted this earlier, but I did call my dealer Monday. Sales guy, who had previously denied my truck was ever delayed, insisted it was not on a microchip hold and said it would be here late Feb had changed his tone.

He now said it was on a chip hold -duh-, and provided an ETA of April 18th, but lucky for me their Ford Rep was on site that day so he was going to ask them to do everything they could to put me at the front of the line.

I just laughed wasn't worth the argument, but apparently he thinks I am an idiot. Sure buddy, call Ford, Ask them to dig my single truck out of line, you know once they can figure out where it is even parked.

I understand times are tough the dealership is pretty high volume and currently has 2 trucks on the lot, the guy cant be selling cars. Lying and making up tales doesn't help though.

Just got off the phone with Ford Canada customer service. My order is still 'in production' with delivery ETA between Aprli 27 and May 3.
On a side note, they're still working on the canadian tracking site and hope to have it completely up and running in 'next few weeks'

HOLY CRAP - I barely waited 8 weeks...

While I'm thrilled to have my truck and love it - seriously - Ford isn't exactly building loyalty... that's just plain wrong. And I'm legit sorry for ya bud!

Called this morning as I am in Canada and have no way to check online (not that it really is accurate anyways) they told me it’s still on chip hold and eta of May as it has been since the end of January ??

I know it might mean nothing, but I live around a bunch of the staging lots outside the Dearborn Plant. Saw a lot of Broncos on the move today and a few caravans of new F-150s in transport today. I haven’t seen this kind of movement in awhile. Hopefully, it means things are on the move and some of the staged vehicles are getting taken care of…

Got a response from my dealer - my vehicle information hasn’t been updated on there end since 01/17/2022 and they too said the trackers are a mess right now. My delivery ETA is sitting at 04/23-04/29/2022 still, but at this point its anyone’s guess.
