Why would I take out the original OEM trailer brake controller, and replace it with an "OEM" from you?

I think this kit is for people like me, who thought they were getting a towing package because they saw the 7-pin connector. I bought mine from another city. When I drove it home I noticed that there was no trailer brake controller on the dash. I had to buy an OEM controller and a different module of some sort that goes under the dash, then take it to the dealer and have them reprogram the truck to recognize the equipment.

This is for people that don't have the trailer brake switch inside their truck. As well as this isn't our OEM. It is OEM. We get them from Ford and dealership partners.
