I noticed my chimes page was blank today. I have not been into service recently and have not had any notified updates in months. I did notice my IP screen was on a different page (the My View start page) when I started it today, which I thought was odd.
My truck was stored for three months and does not appear to have had any updates since I started driving it again. I just get the phantom update notification. Thanks in advance.
Being in Canada explains it. It sounds like the customer service I have received from every Canadian company I have ever dealt with. There is just a different attitude up there. Maybe they aren’t as afraid of a big lawsuit?
