Truck is on Sync 23159 which is pretty old at this point. OTA history shows a GWM in January, so the truck is getting updates, but has fallen behind due to the fact that Ford has not released the updates you need to progress through the OTA process. Until Ford releases the next GWM you need, you probably will not see another OTA. There is no fix for this......Ford just has to get their shit together.
Yea, you had a GWM OTA sent in January that expired because the truck was sitting. The annoying notice will probably stay there until they resend the OTA. Truck is fine in terms of connectivity. Just gotta wait.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it is pretty much worse case scenario for you. Your truck is on Sync 20301 which is the broken software from 2020. Click the link in my sig for 2021 trucks that don't update for more details on your problem.
Your truck is on Sync 23291 which is only one version behind the latest. Truck is talking to the cloud just fine and you do show the GWM update pending you need to continue along the OTA process. Truck seems fine to me.

Yes, but they won't do it just for the heck of doing it. Ford does not pay them to update modules just because they are out of date.
Not SOL. You'd have to wait for the OTA, or invest in the tools needed to do it yourself. You can try the dealer, but I would not have high expectations that they do it for you.
You're only showing updates for the door modules and the IPC. Nothing worth spending the 50 for.
