From the sounds of it you're going to run the amp in bi-amp mode? If so, does the harness from plug and Play kits include separate wires to run to the tweeters?
This is just my opinion but if you upgrade your door speakers I HIGHLY encourage you to buy an aftermarket amp. The stock head unit does not supply enough power for aftermarket speakers. They will lack mid and low bass from being under driven. The kicker key 200.4 amp is awesome and paired...
Unlike RAM and possibly other brands this does not require a subscription service to use. Simply download the app and link it to your truck..... your dealer should do this for you before you drive off the lot.
Valve stem seals are allowing oil to seep past. The oil sits on the pistons and it's burned off as soon as you start it. Since it's new give it a few heat cycles/ few hundred miles and see if it clears.
According to the video there are existing grommets on both sides of the truck. You will have to either pull your fender badge or your wheel well liner for access. From the sounds of it you will not be able to see the grommet from inside the cab, in the video he suggests using a coat hangar or...
I have an FX4 but did not drive a standard XLT. When I was researching these trucks online I watched a ton of YouTube videos on them. The majority of the reviews stated the XLT shocks we're on the firmer side. The FX4 shocks are definitely way too soft, remind me of an 80s Cadillac when...
Your truck looks great, I'm personally a huge fan of the raptor running boards. Id leave them on there. Can't wait to see it with the 3.5 kit installed!
I have read on here from several members that this is completely normal. I personally don't think they should do this but if they have vents like everybody says it makes sense.
I also have a 24 and have noticed mine does the same thing after I wash it. Mine is not nearly as bad as yours and it...
While these are not on the truck yet I'm looking forward to installing them. I've read a ton of positive reviews on these from members on here, thanks to everyone who wrote reviews.
Have to agree with you on this. The 25' RAM HD trucks will now have an 8 speed ZF trans, they have been using a ZF in their half tons for awhile and it's a great transmission.
I just checked my 24 Antimatter Blue and those areas are painted. I bought mine in May so I'm assuming the build date is either April or May. On the roof there are two strips very close to the doors, on mine they are painted but its a very thin coat.
Id definitely ask them to correct the issue...
I have not verified on truck but I'm assuming there is a 12v wire going from battery to power fuse box. This would technically be same as hooking directly up to the battery, at least I think? If this wire does not exist I apologize for misleading anyone.
I say cleaner because you don't see any...
I do not have a kicker key yet but I have also been researching it and plan on buying one On the 21+ f-150s there are quite a few people who mount theirs behind the glove box. You will have to trim a small portion on the glove box but it should be minimal.
While you could run power and ground...
After seeing this thread multiple times you managed to persuade me to order a set of Eibach coilovers, nicely done sir. I will keep the oem tire set up for now until these wear out but will mirror your tire set up when the time comes.
