The bolts on the rear shocks are not torque to yield and only have a spec of 66 ft/lbs. the nuts must be replaced though since they are nylon locking and are a one time use. I believe Ford says the bolts should also be replaced when doing the rear shocks.
My truck hasn’t had OTA updates in probably a year and very rarely receives them before that. I tricked the dealership into installing the latest BCM update but that is all that has happened with my endlessly broken truck.

I removed the felt shield last night and the constant vibration is finally gone!!! I could see where it was flexing and starting to come apart from the wind. I still have a vibration at a certain engine speed that I need to track down next but this is like having a different truck now.
