Neighbor down the block has a 19 F-150 XLT with the 5.0. Constant "lifter knock" sound while running and eats oil. Local Ford shop has had it numerous times and each time says there's nothing wrong with it.... We both had 03 F-150s with the 5.0 and really liked them. Not one problem for either...
