Must be doing something wrong. When I go to the motorcraft service and click on subscriptions… I don’t have an option to purchase. It just tells me I have no subscriptions.

Just got a mongoose cable and set up an account with motorcraft, under the drop down menu, what user type do I select? Non-dealer Motorcraft isn't an option anymore.
Theres 3 options. It's the one that says "independent something" post a screenshot and I'll confirm.

There are 13 options (can't screenshot it with the drop down menu), only one says "Independent Repair Facility". Guessing it's that one?

Thanks!
Okay, I went ahead and did that and bought a subscription. Now I'm getting a "User Authentication has failed" when I try to log in. Looks like other people have had this issue but haven't seen a conclusion yet. Any help?

And then be hooked up to the OBDII with the truck hooked up to a battery power supply and ignition in the run position (engine not started). It should connect fine at that point. Reboot FDRS if not.

Yeah, I'm in recovery mode today too.
Out way too late (1:am), way past a seniors bedtime.
But I can't blame it on a bartender, but rather the fault of urchins refusing to leave the county Fairgrounds until the rides were shut down. How can little ones play so hard?

Thank goodness for Waffle House though. 🤣

I figured it out, I didn't "register" the device because....who ever does? Didn't know that was a requirement for it to work.

All good now, I've updated like 3 modules in the last 24 hours. My battery maintainer is only 2 amps so the voltage kept dropping to scary levels...ordered the Clore CL-whatever and it should come tomorrow....just have to repurchase the $120 license.

Thanks for everyone's help so far!
