STX question. Did anyone with an STX avoid having to route their CCM connection through the firewall, instead going the regular route via c134 to c265 to c243b? I wonder if the STX has the wiring already... doubting it

I ordered the stuff to try this on my 2024 XLT. Not a lot of info on anyone trying this on a 2024 yet, but it seems everything is the same other than a revision change to the CCM. Will definitely report back once my parts arrive and start digging in.
Was Curious how it went?

I still haven’t received all my parts. The remaining parts are to arrive Thursday. I’ll be sure to let people know.

Shopping for a CCM, I will be DIY my own bracket to mount to the grill (similar to Addictive Desert Design's relocation bracket).

Does anybody know if the ML3T-9G768-AH or -AL is the newest?
A couple options on eBay and want to grab the newest one.
AL would be newer, part numbers run through the alphabet so further in the list, the newer they are typically.

While @superfordman is far more knowledgeable than I, Ford parts have a tendency to not follow the rules I've become familiar with from other manufacturers. Just make sure to lookup the part number in advance to confirm that its the newest revision for your vehicle. For what is worth, I have the AL module in my garage and I plan to install it in the near future. However, its very important to do your homework up front.

Thanks a bunch to all those who helped find this mod!

I ended up going with what had been tried and true, the AH off eBay and was nervous but it worked out. I created my own harness, sleeved with expandable sleeving and ran it through the fender badge (two awesome grommets there!). Dropped it down and ziptied to the rest of the IPMA loom.

Like I had mentioned before, I basically copied Addictive Desert Design's bracket and made my own out of 1/8" steel. Just an angle grinder and die grinder so it's very ugly but is solid and has no wiggle. I did this as I didn't want to pay for a bracket (and couldn't find a bracket by itself) and I'll eventually be putting an aftermarket bumper on. So a little future proofing here!

ADD advised to mount the bracket driver side, all the way to the edge near the headlight. I got a sensor blocked error message numerous times. I noticed the radar was pretty adjacent to the headlight. Ford Raptor forum has a couple threads on this where they mentioned moving it toward the middle of the grill (under the R of the FORD grill) helps, and so I did and the sensor started working great.

For those adding the steering wheel switch, do NOT buy the SW8939, you get the ML3Z9C888AC which I believe is for the Ford Raptor, and does not work.
I have a ML3T-9E740-D** on order from eBay and that should solve that I hope.

How to "Add Back" ACC after backed into 21 Limited with our MachE GT!!!! Ooof.

Need a new Module and Bracket. Can I buy anyone or do I need a specific Module? The plastic is pushed on Just to cover the damage. So much for Rear Brake Assist in the MachE GT!!! Geeze.

You may need to replace the bumper in addition to the sensor and bracket. I see the damage is not that bad, but uncertain that you will be able to get the sensor leveled and calibrated correctly.

ML3Z-9E731-G is the part # for the module and bracket.

Thank you so much, yes have bumper, mounts, brackets and new trim as well. Just waiting to disassemble and put the new ones on. Needed this ACC module as my last item hence the question.
If I buy pre-owned will I have to update VIN?

*****Will this one work?

ML3T-9G853-AL. It's on eBay.

That part number includes both the sensor and the bracket for it. You will need to update the sensor with your VIN and run the calibration procedure after its vertically leveled.

Does anyone have part numbers for the most likely ccm to be compatible with a 2025? Likewise any idea which nav apim I could use as well?

Thanks, willing to be the guinea pig for the 2024-2025 guys who are on the fence. Also I saw it asked earlier and no the new 24-25 stx’ don’t have the wiring in place for this (as expected).

I went through my as built files to find the differences between the sheet that was provided and my values and there are a ton of difference but the sheet is still relevant as an easy guide. Regardless I came up with two questions.

702-16-01 xxx* xxxx xx-- on the sheet it shows 9 to B enabling RadarFusion_52deg (from previous value camera only52deg)

My current value is A which is camera only 100 deg should I set this to C to enable RadarFusion_100deg? I'm not sure if the 52/100 is referring to the FOV of the radar or the camera.

706-02-01 *xxx xxxx xx-- I'm slightly confused on what the instructions are asking for here, add 6 to the second value and make it the first value? Isn't the goal just to take your current data and add FCTSRM Fusion? I'm currently set to 2A and logic would lead me change this to 6A to keep everything the same but add FCTSRM Fusion. This ignores completely the adding of the first two values (and I cant add A to anything anyway), can anyone double check that I'm on the right track with this thinking?

Outside of nailing down these values it appears that this should work perfectly fine on a 2025, I'm waiting on the final parts now and then hopefully I can confirm all of this for my 24-25 guys sitting on the fence.
