Toyota has a proprietary rail they use on the Tacoma and Tundras, with their own accessories, it has little to no benefit over L track, unistrut or 80/20 extrusion.
My last truck had the L truck, and I haven't had the time to throw the L track into this truck, but it would be similar to the one...
Following because I have the same rattle, I also identified it as that same piece of trim.
I want to say I saw a thread awhile back (of course can't locate it now) where this was relatively common and was a warranty fix.
I've been meaning to take it in when another (bigger) problem crops up...
If you're looking for internal rails (below bed cover) probably best to install your own.
Can pick up the Toyota rails, or I'm a big fan of the L-track now.
Spend the money and buy from McMaster, or US Cargo Control - the Amazon L track has some variations in strengths.
I'm a fan of my Bakflip...
I've done this on my 2023, lots of people on f150forum.com have done it on their 13th gen.
You need a new fuel pump, they are also different based on motor type and fuel tank capacity. So get the 5.0L pump for a 36gal tank.
All of the 36gal tanks 15-23 are the same, so any of those will fit...
Beware. I was about to send money to this person, but started getting some major scam vibes.
I believe this is a scammer using recycled images. See:

I had RCI on my 12th gen and definitely got my money's worth on the transmission and fuel tank skid. Found some real bad deep dent and scratches in them.
What UCAs are you going with?
I'll be going with 8112s and noted that I'll need to get aftermarket UCAs.
You raise a good point, looks like Raptors are upgrading from their 4.10s to the 4.56, but I will probably not go 37s.
I'm on an open 3.15, so I've been looking at my options.
I'd love to go with an elocker but an air setup might be easier since I don't have it to start with.
Tremor CV axle...
Ooh, super interested in your 4.11 gears.
What led you to picking 4.11 over 4.56 or 3.73?
Will you be keeping with an e-locker or going air?
Why the tremor axles?
RE: tires; I had Klever 35x11.5 on my 12th gen and absolutely loved them as well. They wore great, rode great (albeit a bit stiff). My only complaint was weight. They are very heavy.
Dropped my 12th gen from 16 to 13mpg.. smiles to the gallon I guess.
I'm also curious as to your MPG drops...
I relocated mine, it wasn't very difficult, but getting it tuned was a bear. Lots of fine adjustments, then highway driving with Forscan open to see if it would pass. If you have a chrome grill, plan to swap to an all plastic-one. I suspect mine is giving the ACC RADAR a couple bad reads here...
I'm going to give this a shot.
If I understand correctly, below should be my values:
720-03-01 xxx0 00xx xx-- -> xxx5 52xx xx-- (36gal = 136.275 * 10 = 1362.75 -> hexadecimal -> 552)
720-09-01 xx4x xxxx xx -> xx0x xxxx xx (see below chart)
So far I’ve just left it on the normal PCM - and I know I have about 80 miles post 0 mile DTE and that’s about empty.
i just did a tank down to 0 DTE, went 50 miles over and filled 33.5gal.
I never considered trying - but I read that PCM was the proper way to go to adjust DTE & level.
I’ll give IPC a shot and make those adjustments - thanks!
I've successfully swapped my 36gal tank into my '23 XLT 302a, now looking for some leads to acquire the new proper PCM strategy for this.
Does anybody have any leads on how to find a new PCM strategy?
I was reading that I should also be able to flash via ForScan, or is FDRS+Mongoose required here?
Making a break-away tab actually is not a bad idea.
If anybody else needs one of these printed, I can include that moving forward - just PM me.
A layer or two tail would be easy to add and if you have flush cutters, removing the tail would be very clean.
I also had a very tough time installing...
Wow, this is really interesting...
I was pretty set on Bilstein 8112s, maybe the Fox DSCs 2.5 w/ reservoir....
but now I have to consider the Ironman sets.
Thanks for your updated impressions, curious as to how you feel in a few months as well..
Very impressed that the ride is comparable to...
How was the trail up to the lake? I hear it takes a toll on a lot of transmissions :)
Looking to do this, but waiting on lift & tires. Are you on a 2" lift with 35s or 33s?
I did the grille mounting. It’s kind of a pain, and now that it’s set I hope I don’t need to do it again (except I will, because I need to switch out the chrome grill)
