I’m not sure what you’re referring to. If you mean the new keypad nothing other than than a receipt.

And now I do the dance of joy!
Everything went as it was supposed to. Forscan was just a bit tricky to install license and back up all the as built files… but it was learnable even for an old guy. I would say most people with moderate skills could accomplish this mod quite easily. I’d like to thank the OP for the tutorial and for holding my hand a bit thru PM. The whole experience was just as described here.
It was less than user friendly getting the license key into the forscan program . Livinitup was helpful to me and suggested it was better to move the key to a usb stick then retrieve it from there. This worked perfectly. After that it was easy enough to understand how to make changes. I feel confident now and will start picking out different mods to try. Everyone I checked with said “ it seems really hard at first but it’s actually not hard at all “ I agree with this completely.

Yep was wondering if there was some limited install sheets in the box. The one I bought for my wife s Explorer had nothing in the box, yet floor mats had install instructions. Yes I know that most likely the installer at the dealer refers to a WSM.

Thanks

It just clicks into the door panel. The only trick was getting the wiring down thru while staying on the outside of the window. I let the panel float so my wife sat in the seat with the panel resting on her feet. Then I finagled the wire from both side of the door.. took me a bit. Hope that helps.

As far as I know, this is a replacement part not really an accessory that comes with installation instructions

Thank you for posting your journey! Now with multiple successes out there, I'm ready to try this myself. Time to order parts, OBD connectors, and learn FORSCAN. Wish me luck!

Question on the specific part number for the keypad. The one ordered by bigfish and DD519 is the following: FL3Z-14A626-AH, but the Ford websites say this is for F250/350 when I look it up. The one that looks like it should go on the F150 is FL3Z-14A626-AG (AG suffix rather than AH). They certainly look identical on the interney and the AH is a bit cheaper. My question is did you order that part on purpose, or after discussion with the dealer? I want to make sure I order the correct version...

I blindly followed the instructions of DD519 on the part #s. I did see what you saw but when I looked it up a different way it showed f150 as well. I’ll say this …it’s 100% the correct part… but I can’t say there aren’t other parts that are as well. It could be that one is a service part and the other a factory installed number. Ford does have different numbers for the same part

Hi everyone! Just wanted to share how I was able to install the OEM SecuriCode door keypad. I took delivery of my 2025 Lariat about a month ago which had the dealer installed option $280CAD. To my surprise, it was a keypad that is battery operated and attached above the driver door with double sided tape.

Overall it took me about 90 minutes. You will need to program the keypad using Forscan. Definitely worth it in my opinion. Much cleaner look than the dealer installed option, and you don't need to worry about the battery/ someone removing the keypad.

Tools you will need:
7mm socket and wrench
plastic trim removal tools
painters tape (optional)
Forscan adapter
IMG_8610[1].jpg

I was able to go to the parts desk at my local dealer to buy the OEM parts to make it happen.
FL3Z-1520555-SG MOULDING (Trim panel)(gloss black) $122CAD
There is also another version that is a flat black. Unfortunately I do not have the part number for that.
FL3Z-14A626-AH ACTUATOR (Key pad) $47CAD
IMG_8612.jpg

First step is to remove the screw behind the driver door. Torx T20
IMG_8617.jpg

Next step, I put some painters tape below the belt moulding just to protect the paint from any scratches. I then used a plastic trim panel removal tool. Carefully, I inserted the tool below the moulding, and unclipped it. Be careful as it is delicate and held in place with metal clips.
IMG_8621.jpg

As you can see, it is held in place with those metal clips (silver).

IMG_8619.jpg

I then rolled my window down, and was able to pull the weather stripping out. This will expose x4 7mm bolts holding the existing panel in place.

IMG_8623.jpg

Now to remove the old panel, you must pull the left side towards you and slide the panel to the right.

IMG_8625.jpg

Next step is to feed the wire through the new panel. Snap the keypad into the new panel. Reattach the new panel by sliding left of the door frame. Reinstall the x4 7mm bolts. Do not overtighten.
IMG_8628.jpg

Now we must remove the door panel in order to get access to the electrical connector. The door panel is held in with several 7mm bolts and plastic clips. To remove the door panel, we must remove the 2 bolts located at the bottom.
IMG_8629.jpg

Using a plastic trim removal tool, I removed the red reflector. You want to pop out the top side of the reflector, followed by the bottom. This will expose another 7mm bolt which you will need to remove.
IMG_8631.jpg

Underneath the grab handle is a plastic cover. First you remove the top right side, then top left side, followed by the bottom.
Once you remove that plastic cover, you will find x2 7mm bolts. (Note* they are longer than the other bolts holding the door panel on)
IMG_8635.jpg

Now we will remove the panel behind the mirror. It is also held in by clips. Using the plastic panel removing tool, carefully pry the panel off. There are two plastic clips on the bottom side, and two metal clips on the right side. I did not find it necessary to unplug this panel. I left it floating as I removed the last 7mm bolt holding the door panel on.
IMG_8637.jpg

With the door panel set aside, I did not unplug any electrical connector. You will need to peel back the top left of the plastic sheet. At this point, I raised the window up and reached my hand up inside the panel to grab the harness from the new keypad.
IMG_8639.jpg

Here you will find the electrical connector from the truck side. Remove the dummy plug by squeezing the plastic tab closest to you.
IMG_8641.jpg

I connected the new keypad into the connector from the truck side. Make sure you match the black wires up (furthest side from you). I also attached the plastic rivet into the door brace.
Reattach the plastic sheet by pushing on the black sealant. Reinstall the door panel, and attach all bolts/ covers.
IMG_8650.jpg

Here is what the final result should look like. Now we will need to use Forscan to program the keypad.
Link to Livnitup's Forscan spreadsheet. Follow instructions for (keypad enable)

IMG_8649.jpg

Once it is programmed, look under vehicle settings and you will find the door keypad code menu. This is where you will enter the factory code in order to add your personal code. To find the factory code,
"If you don't know your truck's factory code then you can get it to display if you have both vehicle keys with the following procedure:
1. Insert first key in ignition and turn to ON wait 4 seconds, turn OFF and remove key.
2. Insert second key and turn to ON wait 4 seconds - FACTORY KEY CODE will display on instrument panel. You can now use factory code to change code in SYNC."

Simple as that!
Bonus*
To lock the truck from the outside with the keys inside, just press the 7/8 & 9/0 buttons simultaneously.
On the previous generation, you were able to remotely drop the tailgate by entering your door code, followed by the 5/6 button. Unfortunately I was not able to get this to work on my 2025. I'm not sure if it is because I have the pro access tailgate.

Thanks @DD519 for the excellent, detailed guide.

I just did the install, and it turned out great.

The only thing that held me up was getting the cable routed correctly. I ended up removing the panel again to free up access to the push the cable straight down.

Have you tried the installation yet? I'm looking at doing this myself, and would like to see at least a second person on the thread having success. I spoke to my dealer and the parts and service guys there said they had not been able to get the 24MY parts to work (but I only talked to the parts guy, so I don't know exactly what the service folks tried or didn't try.) I read that the stick-on keypads from prior years don't work, which I don't care about because I'm looking for the factory installed version that this thread details. Maybe the dealer only tried stick-on parts...
I just did the install, took me a couple of hours,. Everything works as it should, and looks great.

Here are the parts I ordered. Just completed the install on my 2025 KR.

I had my parts guy at the Ford Dealership to find the keypad part for me. I’m pretty sure the Super Duty and the F150’s are identical in size so it shouldn’t matter

Got it -- thanks. I had the truck into my local dealership today and stopped by the parts counter to see about the keypad and trim piece. They actually had the FL3Z-14A626-AG version as well as the trim piece in stock, so I picked them both up rather than ordering. It sure looks identical, and I expect it exactly the same part as the AH you used. Now I need to get on with the installation.

Has anyone completed this on a truck with a very recent build date? My 25 KR just arrived....was in production Feb 10 but then on "quality" hold for about 5 weeks... so final "built" date was 3/26. Just wondering if anyone else with a similar build time has completed this install. Concerned that somewhere along the build time, Ford will eventually remove the connector in the door......
