Wondering if you could check my truck for pending updates. Truck reported it was going to update a couple days ago, but Pass app says last update was 11/16/2024.

Gladly, but please remove the VIN from your post.

The OTA that failed was the one for the latest IPMA/PSCM software. It was canceled by the server, but no reason why is specified. I see this happen all the time and don't know why. Nothing you did wrong and nothing you can do but wait for it to be resent.

Something always changes with the display after an update.
The latest update attempt causes my main screen to start on the "Settings" tab. Hope the update retries again soon.

Truck is on the latest Sync version and pending updates are below. The OTA for BC 1.4 was sent to it a week ago but failed due to a server issue. This has been happening to many people lately. It will be resent eventually.

Be patient @22skidoo. I noticed today my screen stayed on my last setting "radio" when it was turned off last night and did not show the settings window this morning. Maybe mine updated or was lagging from the last one? Let's hope it stays that way until the next OTA lol.

You had a GWM OTA sent to you late January, but it times out and failed on 2/12 because the truck didn't ping the server back to accept it. It doesn't seem like the truck was driven much during that time.....that could be why. If you are getting a notice of an OTA pending now, ignore it. It's a phantom notice.

Thank you! Wonder if it failed because I have limited cell service at my house. Is GWM update this something that would get sent again at some point?

Poor cell reception can 100% be the reason. Yes, it will be resent eventually.

Battery SoC is being reported at 56% which is what is causing the OTA to fail. Charge up your battery and try to install manually as soon as it reaches 100%. If you do not have a charger, take it for a good 20-30 minute drive with the a/c fan speed set to at least 5 as that forces the alternator to charge the battery.
