That's a pretty old version at this point. However, looking at what the dealer did on 5/14 when your new APIM was put in, they seem to have programmed it correctly. Your connectivity is working fine and you do show an APIM update pending. Your truck is not reporting any codes of concern and everything seems fine. Looks like just crappy luck with the OTA process to me.

Glady, but please remove your VIN from the request. Truck is on Sync 23291 which is only one version behind the latest. Modules with pending updates are below.

99% of updates are download via the vehicle's modem and not wifi, so that doesn't really matter. Even if you unplug the modem, if your VIN comes up for an OTA, the server will still try to send it......it just won't go through. Whether a vehicle is connected to the cloud or not makes no difference in terms of when an OTA will get sent.

The first time seems a little intimidating but if you stick to the process outlined by everyone here and don't go doing things you shouldn't, then everything should go smoothly.

According to my Ford App my last OTA software update was done on 1/5/25. Why does my Sync screen default to the "settings" screen on startup? Is this a glitch with the OTA updates? I have it scheduled to auto update as needed but it's getting pretty annoying that this is happening.

Oh fascinating, I didn't realize it was that new
It is having hard shifting problems, and I was hoping the solution was as simple as an update
