Anyone here can give me a guide how to flush the coolant for a powerboost model. Both containers are orange and I want to get it back to yellow.

The main Radiator seems simple, but I am unsure how to flush the 2nd container

Did you buy it used? I’ve never seen any post suggesting the second smaller bottle have changed colour before. Mine is still bright yellow on our 21. Larger bottle has lost the brightness but is by no means orange either.

Orange is the color of a certain formulation of Coolant/Antifreeze. Look up whether it is acceptable in your truck. If it is, leave things alone unless you're looking to change the concentration. I've sought to drain and refill things and the low points are not easy to get to. So I used a fluid extractor to remove as much as I could (maybe a qt or a bit more) to then refill with straight A/F to lower the freeze point.

Motorcraft VC3 (orange) was the old fluid version that was used in many Fords through the last decade. It went out of production in about 2020 but probably was in dealerships for another year or two. It was replaced by yellow VC13 in all the models that used to take VC3. Either is fine.

used vehicle…of course who knows what somebody has put in there.

I don't think it was ever changed honestly. It would make sense if it was the last of the orange in the dealership.

I talked to a ford tech they said there is no drain for the hybrid container they put something in the container and pull the fluid out

Yeah, you could change the hybrid side by using a fluid extractor. It wouldn’t be ideal, but…. You could remove some coolant, top off the reservoir, the run the system. Repeat until it’s the color you are satisfied with.

Sounds to me like you need to change out all fluids (eg axles, xfer case, engine, transmission, both coolant circuits...).

Any recommendations for a tool?
Honestly, for the small reservoir I would use a turkey baster. Alternately you could use some clear tube to siphon. Fill the tube with deionized water, plug each end with your finger tips, then quickly place one end in the reservoir and the other in a collection container on the ground.
