I have a 2021 PW at the body shop getting some work done. They say it will be ready for pickup tomorrow but I’m getting alerts on my ford pass app about a fault with the high voltage coolant pump. The battery seemed to have died a couple times over the last week while it was there. Is this possible just from the dead battery or could it be the pump?

Not sure but a low or dead battery can cause any number of issues with these computer driven truck's. When you get it back give it a nice deep charge and clear the codes and see if it comes back.

When the wreck happened dud it loose the coolant? If so it might be just an anomaly and work itself out, that happened with one of the 2022 fleet trucks after it hit a moose, it had all kinds of errors and messages, it straightened itself out and ended up being a good truck.

there really is no way to tell, hard to diagnose over FordPass.

As another member suggested, I would think this is a message brought about by dead or weak batteries
