They appear to have reached the point they finally consider the app "stable" so they are quickly adding back deleted features.

We might see zone lighting before end of year?
Hurry up Ford, it is dark at 5pm now. ?

The security subscription, if allowed on older models, could add back the old feature to report door openings. It works that way in UK with a business subscription.

It’s possible it’s just enabled on android and not iOS right now for what ever reason.

I’m on iOS and updated to 5.9.0 earlier and also don’t have an add button.

Oh, yes, very true I'm on 5 9 0 Android, still strange the iOS version shows it in the release notes, yet it's not functional. But then again it's Fords app programming department, they don't seem to be the sharpest knive in the kitchen. ? ?

I just got offered FP App for my Galaxy Watch6 Classic today, 12/3/24. Installed it and it worked.
Neither iPhone v5.9.0 nor Android v5.8.0 have ability to Add Service Records, yet.

Wow, a Galaxy watch version that's nice. I'm in the Fordpass Beta program for Android 5.9.0 installed on my Samy S22 about a week ago and service records add definitely works. It's strange because they typically release the iOS version closely followed with the Android version Beta, in this case the Android version came first

Maybe they are now leap-frogging iOS/Android like so many other Apps/services?
Both have watches too, but I believe Apple Watch been able to do what Galaxy just got.
Who knows, with Starlink Direct to Cell maybe we can check our truck's status, even start it to charge the batteries while climbing Kilamanjaro

I haven't updated yet. I still enjoy monitoring my truck while at the dealership. I frigging hate when they call and say they have been working on it all day and are trying to sort out things when it hasn't been started since I dropped it off at 7am.
If I ever get forced to update I'm going to install my old drone mobile just so I can see when they lie.
Today's lie got me a free loaner bronco.
It's priceless the look in the service manager eyes when I pull out my phone and show their bullshit.

Looks like the add button showed up for me sometime overnight. I’m guessing an app restart or something triggered it to show up.

Just checked my IOS app and noticed "Trailer Light Check" feature has returned. Yeah!
