"I will wait until the close of business tomorrow for the delivery of a cashier's check before filing the police report."asked for my deposit check back and was told it was already shredded because I was a no-show. Lol. Then, my credit union sent me an alert that a large amount debit occurred....I look online on my bank account and they freaking cashed my $2500 deposit check!
Honestly, almost leaning that way. It's really only noticeable when you're looking at it straight on, or at an extreme angle. The door closes perfectly and zi have no wind noice issues.
Correcti believe it’s more of the hinge related adjustment.
i could be wrong though..
YAY! Looks awesome!! Did you go to Wild Willie's based on my earlier reply? What did you think of them? Isn't that place a beast in its own right?! I was like OMG when I first went there. But, how the heck did you get it fixed so quickly? I had to wait 2 months just to get my a/c evap coil service appt done 2 years ago. LOL. Oh, maybe because yours was a body shop appt?Just got done at Wild Willie's body shop. 100% fixed it. In and out in about an hour.

Oh my! I wish I had thought of this! Great idea! I think I was just so in shock that I wasn't thinking of an appropriate response at the time! But, this is priceless haha."I will wait until the close of business tomorrow for the delivery of a cashier's check before filing the police report."
What was the process to perform the adjustment? Did you adjust the hinge(s) on the door or the frame?I adjusted mine myself. It isn’t rocket science.
I did indeed. The guy at the body shop was an absolute pro. What he actually did was adjust the rear door to align with the front door. While I was up there, I had Wild Willie's install a Roush intake on my 3.5L. Great experience!YAY! Looks awesome!! Did you go to Wild Willie's based on my earlier reply? What did you think of them? I'm an attorney. I'm well-paid to be not nice . . .Oh my! I wish I had thought of this!
Hey KC! So glad to hear this! I was hoping you might give them a shot and had a great experience!! I'd love for them to spruce up my Wrangler tires and stock Plat wheels but I think that might cost me an organ to sell! Haha.I did indeed. The guy at the body shop was an absolute pro. What type of law do you practice?I'm an attorney. I'm well-paid to be not nice . . .
Simon, definitely go back to Akins. Sounds like the other guy, KC, also went there and they solved his issue. Maybe he can give you info on what exactly they had to do. Akins and Wild Willie's is on-point! Just be mindful, their community had the unthinkable happen yesterday so they all may feel a little down for months to come! Let us know how it goes! -AndreaI have a '22 Platinum and the right rear door is poorly aligned and does not open / close properly. I've been hesitating to take it to a dealer because I'm not confident they can actually fix it. I actually bought the truck from Akins Ford, so may be worth the hike back out there to get this taken care of.
Would anyone be willing to describe the hinge adjustment process? My steering wheel was off from the factory and I adjusted tie-rods and got it dead on, but for some reason the door adjustment seems more intimidating.
