Your truck is on Sync 23291 which is the latest version, so at the very least, you've gotten 6.3.0. The biggest thing imo you're missing is the PSCM/IPMA and CMR updates that greatly improve the performance of BC and all driver assist features.

I can't say with 100% confidence that there will never be any dependency on the PCM being updated that may prevent future updates, but I can tell you that right now, it does not matter.
