Hey guys. I'm questioning whether or not this worth trying to get fixed. 2023 F150 SCREW. This is the passenger side. Driver's side is perfect. I have a Ford dealer close by (Hennessy Ford Atlanta), that does have their own body shop, but I've heard horror stories of the doors coming out worse when people had to have the issue addressed. What are yalls thoughts?

I can't contribute to the door panel question, but I do live in Atlanta and Hennessy is YIKES! Perhaps you got better care and service there than I did, but the 3x I was there were awful. I refuse. Honestly, it's a hike but so worth the drive to head out to Wild Willie's / Akins Ford in Winder. I take my F-150 Plati 5.0 there for everything. Wild Willies is their custom mods shop and people from Colorado and Texas, etc have them customize their Fords there if you are looking for any mods or customizations. They have a GREAT body/collision and service dept. However, they also service State Trooper, PD, FD, EMT, FedEx, etc vehicles so sometimes the appt is a bit further out. But, worth a shot to give them a call and find out. Just some feedback about my experiences....but of course your decision! Let us know what you decide to do about the door adjustment issue! Good luck! Have a great day!

For that little bit its off I would leave it alone.
Honestly, almost leaning that way. It's really only noticeable when you're looking at it straight on, or at an extreme angle. The door closes perfectly and zi have no wind noice issues.

Well, I know their sales department absolutely sucks. Tried to work out a deal with them several times and had to walk away on a 2023 Herritage Edition. The same truck wound up sitting there for almost another 6 months.

Those Heritage edition trucks are so pretty!! I hate that you were unlucky with them about it and LOL that it stayed there for half a year because of it!

But, glad I'm not alone! Just one example (recent) of shady Hennessy... I went there because they had a unique truck...Star White Platinum w/ Carmelo leather interior. It was a 3.5L ECO with max trailer tow, no bedliner, no bed cover, 21k miles and they hadn't even completed the recalls on it -- which could have already been done because it was sitting there for a week before I actually showed up there. I actually had found the same truck at Carmax with Carmelo leather, 5.0L, spray-in bedliner, and Ford retractable Tonneau cover 17k miles. They didn't know that I found that one, but I wanted to see what they would offer me on theirs. They toyed around with me...saying there is not another one configured like this (even though Carmax up the street did) in a 500 mile radius, they added a leather protectant worth $900 and a Lo-Jack type device for GPS location if stolen for $1100. I told them to remove both and they said they can't and I said well I'm not paying for those add-ons. The dang truck has GPS in it anyway and the leather protectant I'm sure was a rouse - I asked for the paperwork on the leather protection and of course no one could find it. They told me I have 24 hours to decide because multiple people were interested. I let them run my credit just to see what the options were even though I already had rate and loan from my credit union secured. They wanted to give me $8k for my 5.0L XLT with 90,000 miles and tons of mods including 8" floating Tesla nav, LED headlights, bull-bar with LED headlights, backup camera, after-market nice (not bulky) tires and wheels, sprayin bedliner, tri-fold bed cover, zero stains or rips in cloth, Husky floor mats, super small dings fixed by Southern Colors, Blue Jeans Metallic blue and tan cloth, very clean because I'm OCD, it was practically showroom clean. They said the rates were 8% to 14% interest, payments of $1400+ and included a warranty, but wouldn't budge on their dumb add-ons. I asked them to spray the bedliner in exchange for the crap they added I didn't want and they said NOPE. Not even a discount on it. They also wanted a check for $2500 to "hold" it from the other customers, which I gave them while I went back to Carmax to look at that one again. Carmax allowed me a 7-day hold to ensure no one else buys it. They offered me $11k for my truck. Hennessy non-stop called and texted me when was I coming back in because there were other people interested. I ended up buying the one from Carmax and couldn't be happier. The bedliner and retractable cover were worth $3k alone. Carmax was $1,000 cheaper than Hennessy's, lower miles, the right add-ons, leveled, wheel-well liners, clean, and 5.0L. It was a no-brainer. I did end up selling my truck for $16k privately. I got 4.2% financing with my credit union and my payments were half of what Hennessy offered. Lol. Went back up to Hennessy the next day or two after I bought the Carmax one and asked for my deposit check back and was told it was already shredded because I was a no-show. Lol. Then, my credit union sent me an alert that a large amount debit occurred....I look online on my bank account and they freaking cashed my $2500 deposit check! I was livid! I drove back up there and confronted them about lying and I expect a reimbursement check cut to me immediately. They said they cannot do it as it has to be done by Hennessy corp office. I had to wait a week and I was so unnerved about it the whole time! They did pay me back but never again. I won't even take my truck up there for an oil change and they are 8 miles from where I live. The 3 other experiences (service-related) prior to this experience were similarly bad so this last experience was the nail in the coffin! JUST NO! Lol.

I think you should get it fixed because my driver side is at least as bad and I want to get it fixed, but I would like to hear how your experience goes in getting it fixed. :) One dealership I went to barely looked at it and said I needed to take it to a body shop. It is not at all obvious to me how to adjust it nor have a found good information online. If the service department didn't want to attempt a fix, it gives my concern in trying to adjust it myself.

Mine kinda looks like that passenger side. I decided to just leave it. Not bad enough that it bothers me.

If I wanted it done I'd probably tackle it myself.

Door alignment on F-150 is among the worst in the industry. It is absolutely pathetic, especially considering the amount of camera and laser measurements in place to verify panel gaps and fitment. I assume they must run these stations in bypass 99% of the time.

Next time you're on a dealer lot, check out the door fitment on F-150s and you'll see every imaginable combination of piss poor fitment possible.
