Update on Bluecruise programming: now going into day 4 at the dealership. Advisor says blue cruise is functional, but there are other modules that need to be updated as well. Hopefully, it’ll be done tomorrow, or Friday at the latest. He also said the tech had nine hours in my truck so far. Sounds to me like it’s been sitting a lot. Trying not to be impatient but not having a vehicle is making life a bit difficult! I hate to ask…. But would you mind running my vin again and telling me what they are in the process of. I figured all the modules would have had to been updated for Blue Cruise to function? Any chance they’re doing all the updates on my truck? Lol

I wouldn't complain about a dealer that has your truck for a few days to do this update. My dealer had the truck for over a month in early 2022 and could not complete the update. I had to do it myself In FDRS. You have a good dealer. ?

What’s making it frustrating is the truck was scheduled for this 3 weeks ago. They had it for a day and a half and then told me I’d have to reschedule to have it done. So basically it was a day and a half to do an oil change. I’d scheduled my work around that and now I’m rescheduling my work around it again lol

I don't know anything about the truck really. Just picked it up a little over a week ago and it's in the shop waiting to be looked at for the aux pump issue.

Would love to know SW status and if possible, BLEND/BUILD date. No window sticker was provided when purchased. Thanks in advance!

Bought a 21 platinum (VIN: 1FTFW1E87MFB42345) and wondering if the BC module programming is back open. Took it to the dealership about a month ago or so and they said it was on hold. Wanting it for a 10 hr+ roadtrip

It’s back on. Mine is in for it no. Just be prepared to be without your truck fo a bit

Nothing to worry about. Your truck is already on the latest Sync version and of the updates you show pending below, the IPMA and PSCM are not available OTA so you do not have anything major pending via OTA's.

Please can you recheck my truck to see if it’s now up to date? My dealer manually updated all of the modules so I wanted to confirm if they actually did it.

Could use some help/advice, have a 21 lariat, screen says it’s up to date, 23159, but I can’t use my camera while in motion, everyone I talk to says after a certain update you can use your back up or bed camera all the time, here is my vin could someone confirm for me if it is in fact up to date or if my trucks not updating. I know that’s an issue with these trucks

Truck seems fine to me. Last OTA was a GWM in April. It is possible that the config for the feature you want to do got wiped by another update at some point. I would check out the FORScan thread stickied here and enable cameras in motion using FORScan. You are at a new enough software version for that feature to work.

Looking at the “last updated” column it looks like they updated many modules yesterday but FDRS still shows updates available. Do you know why?

No, you can ignore that. They only updated the GWM and nothing else. That column refers to the last time that those particular modules reported themself to the server. Since the truck was hooked up to FDRS, that forces a sync with the server which is why most modules will have that date on it.
