Those aren't real pictures of the truck.. computer generated. A. Because I can tell and B. Because the one they have has "Platinum" in raised letters on the tailgate right below the camera.

Yes very true. Same map location on the center screen, too. And the classic F-150 rake is nonexistent on the stock photos, ha!

Called Ford Marketing yesterday evening and got in touch with a very helpful agent. He tracked the railcar and confirmed the train was, "in Birmingham".

As Bessemer (where T&C Ford resides) is essentially a suburb of B'ham, it's now a question of how quickly they offload the train (hopefully overnight last night) and transport the few miles to the dealership.

There is a reasonable chance I'll be signing paperwork tomorrow. Pictures of a "live" PAT equipped 2024 will be posted soon after. Will have to see how the day unfolds...

Yep. Sales rep said *if* the truck is on the lot by noon, they can PDI this afternoon. If not, well....

Not that I've seen on this forum, but I did go to my dealer about an hour ago and that White Plat Plus with PAT is on the lot. Looks nice.. wish my truck was there (the VIN is ~4000 later than my truck).

No updates on my truck since 5/24 (still on QC hold, just moved around).

Also, looked at a Mustang GT Premium Convertible just for fun. Thank goodness they did NOT have one of these on the lot, or else I might have ended up with a new car instead (and keep my truck) lol:

So, early afternoon yesterday I called Ford Marketing Program Headquarters (+1-800-334-4375) and discovered my truck was off the train and sitting on the ramp in McCalla, AL. -- TWO MILES from the dealership.

Didn't get a call from T&C by the time they closed, so *hopefully* they'll transport it this morning and complete the PDI, allowing me to be able to pick up the truck tomorrow.

So close, and yet so far away...

Good eye! That is last years bumper. This is one of the things Ford said that changed specifically for the PAT so people could get into the bed through the door without having to get tangled up in the trailer light cables. My '24 KR pictured below as it arrived to Granger has the new bumper with the connections on the right side of the license plate even though I do not have the PAT.
The space in front of the license plate that you'd normally use as a step is also smaller than the new 2024 bumper and could limit accessibility into the bed when using the door in the tailgate. The step portion on my KR is much larger than this truck with the PAT.

What do you mean by multi-piece rear bumper?

The "updated" bumper is 1 big piece of metal, vs the "old" (but apparently still installed on BAP trucks with the dual exhaust) is the old "2-piece+plastic piece" bumper.

Easier to notice on a Chrome package truck, but look at the bottom of the Blue King Ranch bumper in the previous post... the bottom of the bumper continues across the middle.
