Have your ruled out software issues that the experts here could fix? Obviously you would need the truck back first.

I have suggested several times with the advice from @Jesse-Infotainment that the wiring harness has a problem but the Ford engineering department just keeps instructing the dealership to replace components instead of the main link connecting all of them. Most of the time my truck has just been sitting in the service department waiting for a response from engineering or for a special order part to arrive. They just replaced the BCM which took several weeks to arrive for some reason and did nothing to fix the problem. That makes this really odd they can’t figure it out since that leave you with only 2 level sensors directly connected to the headlight module simplifying the setup. I would definitely be leaning towards wiring even though they checked the plugs it might only fail from movement.
Fords engineering department provided a wrong version of software for the HCM that they replaced and caused even more odd problems when I got the truck back from that "fix" and @Jesse-Infotainment let me know they messed it up and he fixed that for me but the overall issue is still a mystery as to what is causing it to the Ford engineers and remains unfixed. Jesse says it is a wiring issue but Ford want to keep replacing expensive pieces instead.Have your ruled out software issues that the experts here could fix? Obviously you would need the truck back first.
My guess is Ford will probably tell them to replace that module next since they just want to keep throwing parts at it.The bcm???? That does nothing more than tell the hcm to turn on. Have they checked the ipma yet since that’s the only other module that would have some control over the hcm that could effect each side for glare free setups and could have an odd signal sent to the hcm.
The only module that keeps complaining is the HCM in general. See attached PTS inquiry.Steering angle could also be causing this if pscm has an issue
One of the repairs was for a bad pin in a harness connector behind the glovebox and that caused the new issue with the drivers side headlight to randomly drop to the lowest extent while driving and also caused the high beam on that side to stop working. The more they fix, the more they create new problems. Between the dealership being Autonation and having the resource of the Ford engineering department, I don't understand how this has been a problem for so long.Really it is going to be far more likely to be a module issue than a wiring harness. Easy to blame the electronics. I can see why they are pushing to do modules, but eventually wiring harness will be only thing not replaced so it will be obviously the next step. Given the recalls and CSP we have for wiring issues you'd think they would consider that a higher probability of cause.
This pushes me back to a wiring Issue between hcm and headlights as that show everything is talking to each other without issueThe only module that keeps complaining is the HCM in general. See attached PTS inquiry.
Jesse says the same thing but Ford is telling the dealership to do everything but replace the wiring. This pushes me back to a wiring Issue between hcm and headlights as that show everything is talking to each other without issue
