I know that many of you have a pretty good understanding of the process But from reading here and listening what is going on that process seems pretty helter skelter. My blend date was 1/31. My tracker is still showing in Production since 2/6. Ordered in November. And my dealer says it was built but he has no idea as to where it is right now. Confused to say the least.
Same here, my blend date was 1/22 and still in production. I suspect it may be a case of “first to build, last to ship”. And now that the hold has been lifted on the 24s, any new ones coming off the line will likely ship before most of the ones that are currently parked in storage lots.

I have been saying the same thing about the shipping and with a 9/18 order date 12/23 blend date I am having a hard time not getting more and more pissed off every day this continues.

"One would think Ford would have ironed out any issues with the PAT prior to taking orders for the 24's and certainly before schedualing build dates."

It is a complete shit show. Early orders were placed with no idea that gate was a problem. No constraints whatsoever. Now it is going to set in a field for months

I was told prior to ordering that the PAT was not going to be available until Job2 so I don't think they are sitting in the lots because of that.

Ford F-150 Anybody have their 24 built and/or delivered yet? FMC

So, I was not aware of delay on gate when I placed order, 100% on me. By the time I found out it was to late to add option code 63X to my order. It is odd though that Ford would build the truck and park it rather than delay until job 2.

I do not believe that it is too late to add 63X unless you have already been scheduled to build.
I haven't heard of anyone that has ordered the BUP and been moved to Job 2 that has been scheduled yet (without adding 63X). PAT was never available for Job 1 builds.
If anyone has - speak up!

Then the PAT was never in play for your Job 1 truck.
The 63X delete option didn't exist at the time you ordered so it isn't the issue with your delay.

did you already received the truck or have a date?
I reach out to the dealer and ford chat and they told me ETA March 25-31 so fingers crossed
I ordered mine in 9/16 and got in production by 01/29 but online still says "in production"

Mine has shown in production since 2/28 and through Ford chat I was told that it has been sent off-site and the ETA to the dealership is tomorrow 3/14. I am not counting on it coming tomorrow but if it does I will certainly post an update here. Fingers crossed

First Platinum I've seen in the wild. No new tailgate but it does appear to have the bed camera.

That truck is not showing in inventory on the dealer's website, only STX, XL and XLT on order. Suspect that Platinum has a connection to someone who works at Ford and may be used to evaluate the current state of build for higher trim levels. Seems like only the lower trim levels are the ones being shipped to dealers now.

By lower trim does that include Lariat? There’s a Lariat at my local lot that delivered last week. I posted it a couple pages back. Window sticker and tracking website screenshot

KR's *should* have the bed cams as well. - However, "should" and "will" cannot be verified until such time as we (finally) see one in the wild...
I ordered a KR this time instead of the Platinum because I always get the moonroof. The base KR 601A included the moonroof. To get the moonroof on the Platinum, you had to order the 702A package which increased the price by $5500. If you compare the KR 601A and Platinum 702A builds, you will see they are identical except for the two-tone paint and KR leather interior. They have the same equipment and options. I did not want the new PAT tailgate, as I don't think it is functional for anyone who loads equipment in the back end. Not fond of the two-tone paint (which you can't delete this year) or the cowboy leather interior, but for $5500 I'll try to live with it. Supposidily my KR was built with the old slide out step tailgate and has been stuck "in production" since 2/15.

Yeah as others have said your truck was being held for the quality issue that was holding all trucks previously, and yours will not have the new tailgate since it was built in Job 1. It seems some of the first built trucks will be the last to ship out with the quality control holds that we’re holding things up

I spoke about the huge price difference between the King Ranch and Platinums a while back. The King Ranch is certainly the best value for your dollar in the higher trim levels.

I also ordered a King Ranch and it's blend date is today so I am eager to see some hit the lots. Mine will be sent off for a sprayed in bedliner before shipping and I know that'll delay it some but still, I am curious about the shipments of trucks being built now compared to ones built in Jan/Feb. The window stickers I have pulled up, including the Platinum in this post, all had a very recent blend date. I believe that Platinum had a blend date of last week.
