You probably have already done it but go into the vehicles settings on the center screen and make sure rain sensing is turned on there, I had it randomly turn off on me so they worked like traditional intermittent wipers until I reactivated the setting.
I ended up fixing it by turning the rain sensing on in the Guest profile. Apparently the wiper settings are dependent on what’s chosen in the guest profile, not the profile you’re currently in.

Looks like you have quite a few. Last OTA was the TCU update on 12/8/23. I don't have quite the same permission ruge does so I can't see if you have any OTAs pending or not. You have an SCCM update to that might help out your wiper issue.

Thanks for the help! I apologize if this is a remedial question but is this something dealer has to do? Will they do it as part of my 10k service or do I have to ask them?

Could I get someone to run my VIN in PTS/FDRS for my '22 F350. I have received last OTA update in Oct '23 but nothing since then. Want to see if it worthwhile to do FDRS manual updates.
Sure appreciate it, VIN lookup request: 1FT8W3BT6NEF45060 Thanks!

Dealers won't perform those updates for you.
Nope, unless you ask really nice and/or are buddies with them and they got some time to kill on the side. They'll do them of course at their hourly rate if you want to pay for that.

Massive Audio 6.5" drivers in front and rear doors with strategic sound deadening behind speakers (Not the entire door) and tweeters in the a-pillar and in rear door (drilled hole over rear door speaker grill to install). Used in-line filters on tweeters to block out mids being sent to them. Amp is a Massive Audio E3N Edge with an LC2i to eliminate bass roll off on the two Kicker shallow mount 12's.
Did you run power to your amp outside the truck (cutting into the cab) or firewall grommet (driver or passenger side)?

No OTA since the last one you got on 1/23/24.
@rugedraw same thing happened last night. Got an alarmed saying an update was downloaded and would update per scheduled. Then nothing this morning. Are they failing to update or just false message? Any insight?

Nothing since 1/23. You can ignore the message.

I'm sure this has been determined/discussed, but at what battery SOC does the truck consider too low for OTAs to go through? Mine is hovering around 63% SOC after lots of short trips around town lately, according to the Ford Status Widget.

Also, pretty please check for OTA activity in PTS... 1FTFX1E8XMKE93061

Thank you!

No OTA action at this time.

I don't think Ford has ever officially said what the required SoC should be, but my guess is 80%+.

Rugedraw is correct there is no official stated low level on SOC. The first sign of a low SOC on ICE trucks is that auto start-stop discontinues to function. This happens when the battery reachs 75% once below 70% things like approach lights are shut off. At 60% you will start to get "sleep mode start truck" messages in Fordpass, and it continues downhill from there.
Even 2 year old battery at 80% soc can have an ota fail to install. Before an inhibited install begins the OTA system now checks the current SOC level and the battery's percieved endurance level, it then makes a calculation as to how long the battery will be able to maintain its voltage at a level high enough to safely install the OTA. It then compares this time in seconds to the OTA'S actual install time In seconds, plus additional time to revert if the software does not install correctly. If the calculated battery condition is less that of the known install time the OTA will not continue.

They didn't update anything. Pending module updates are below:

Dumb question, but are the module updates something that happen automatically via OTA? Or do I have to do these updates manually via FDRS or dealer? If they are pending module updates, then why does my Sync4 say it's up to date?
